I needed a leaking exterior water line valve replaced that evening. Ryan was not able to make it out until late that evening. The fix took a couple hours. Ryan was very deliberate in making sure all the threads were clean and connections just right. He wrapped up around 11pm in the cold. Given that this connection was on our neighbor's property, and they had bad experiences with prior contractors leaving things a mess and making a racket, I asked him to leave it as clean as possible. He made sure the work area was cleaned up and the surrounding dirt levelled out. The next day the neighbor commented how they expected noise and a mess but never even realized he'd been there until they saw the clean result. They asked me for Ryan's information for future plumbing needs. Thank you Ryan.

Warning! Learn from my mistake. Do not hire Ryan, who also goes my Budget Plumbing. Asked him to fix a clogged kitchen sink and install a new garbage disposal. He came late and looking disheveled. I now have a leak from the garbage disposal connection and my dishwasher backs up and floods under the sink and over the counter.

I contacted him multiple times to get him to fix it. He says he was will come and then does not show up.

After the 3rd day of trying to get him to come and fix his mistake and again not showing up I learned my lesson and hired a professional to fix his mess.

I had a leaky indoor spa/bathtub and it was late in the afternoon so I thought I would use someone local. The technician, Ryan, came out later that afternoon, diagnosed the problem and returned the following day with a part. No more hot water leak but now had a cold water leak. Ryan, who was never rude, appeared frustrated because it had been difficult to locate the part. But he did say he would be back the following day at 5pm. At 6:15 I texted him - I could never reach him as he never answered his phone and his voice mail was full - and he replied that he would order the part and be there at 4pm the next day. He showed up at after 6pm, put in the new part and it didn't solve the problem. I asked him to disable the tub so it wouldn't leak and he said he would come back the next morning. He never showed and that was 8 days ago and I haven't heard a word . And, yes, I was stupid enough to pay the guy after he put in the first part.
