March 1, 2023 I used Camden Plbg to fix the very low water flow in my kitchen sink & my master bath spa tub of which had also slowed down, but not drastically. I was told the problem was due to sediment of some sort building up in the filter at the end of the faucets, The plumber removed them, washed them out & put them back in place. Sure, the water (in kit sink only) had a better flow, however I questioned as to whether it was sufficient for a kitchen sink: he said it was. Less than 4 mos later, I was faced with the same problem, called the company again, and had a repeat performance. No charge this time & I was told that they """"guarantee their work for a YEAR"""". Five months later I'm dealing with the same problem & altho' I had been checking the filters, with no signs of build up in the filter, it continuously worsened until I barely had a dribble. I called the company once a day, for 3 consecutive days, and left 2 msgs on the voice mail of """"Randy"""" and 1 detailed msg on voice mail of """"Phil"""", requesting that someone """"please contact me for discussion"""". This was a terrible inconvenience! To my knowledge no one ever returned my call. I had to call, and pay, amother plumber who found a different problem, fixed it, and I've had the best flow since I can remember. Originally, I thought I had found a great plumbing company, and maybe they have been for others, however this was the """"straw that broke the camel's back"""" for me. Please note that I don't make a habit of writing bad reviews - even for some that have deserved it - however I felt a strong need to do so this time. Sorry guys, but you need to give better service.

This company is wonderful, they are very responsive. Which is wonderful, especially if you've got a leak. And the people their employees are always polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. And they're also affordable. I definitely recommend this company.
