I have used Camden Plumbing previously- to put in hot water heaters for me. I found the service decent and the owner pleasant.
In this instance, we set a time-""in the next day or two"" and I never heard back from them. After a full week I got another plumber who came the next day and got my situation resolved. It is now slightly over 2 weeks and not even a phone call saying sorry, or I will get to you soon or anything. I will NOT call them again and I would not recommend them to others.

I am a very positive person who writes positive reviews but this situation really upset me and I find it necessary to write this review. Stuart

Charlie , himself, is very nice as a person--but please don't let him sub-contract out any work for you from a person called 'Ronnie"" who doesn't provide a good address, phone number, or license number. You will be sadly surprised at the bill at the end which he insists must be paid in cash.
