Fantastic. Camco were very responsive. Polite and professional. Caesar came out the very same day. Not only did he deal with the clogged toilet but he also stated why and gave recommendations to prevent it happening again. He was super friendly and respectful.

Cezar the owner is very professional and helpful.. we had a problem in one of the units I live in and they send Eugene which was very friendly and helpful... trust worthy guys .. even after I called him back to tell him that unfortunately we wouldn't need his service after all he was very nice and not upset. i would definitely recommend them to any one who needs a quote or service done.

We had a clogged kitchen sink while washing dishes after dinner. After being unsuccessful at unclogging ourselves I got frustrated and sent out a yelp request for services. Camco Rooter responded immediately, gave me a reasonable quote AND were able to come out the same day! I put in my request for services at 3pm and someone was at my door in about an hour! Eugene was great! Friendly and professional and got the job done! Sink was cleared out and I was charged the quote I was offered. Would definitely call them again!

Zero stars. They never showed up for the appointment and I texted them asking about their no show after no phone call or communication. I received a quick response stating that their technician got in an accident on the freeway on their way to my house. I might have believed it but I had done my homework and knew from a google review that they had used this same excuse not too long ago from another client. My suspicion was peaked and low and behold, after a quick search, I see that their license is suspended for workers comp violations. No thank you, I'll find someone else. If you have an issue, they're un-dependable, illegally performing work and not worth the hassle.

Camco Rooter was hired to epoxy line and CIPP my old sewer lines (over 200 feet) and extend their longevity. Camco is a small plumbing company, but had the technical expertise and capital equipment to accomplish the job. Throughout the effort, which lasted several weeks, they were always rapidly responsive to phone calls and questions. As usual, on sizable jobs like this, problems occur. They used their technical expertise to develop innovative solutions to complete the work and didn't ask for additional money. A pipe under one of my bathrooms was collapsed and they had to dig a hole to replace it. The bathroom was fully restored to its original condition, including tiling and paint. The whole team was very friendly and easy to work with. I highly recommend this company for restoring old sewer lines.

Although I didn't meet with this company and didn't receive services, they were very attentive in my request for services from multiple businesses. If I didn't already have one booked that responded first, I would have definitely went with Camco Rooter. They were very polite and accommodating.

Camco was quick to respond to my request with an estimate range and scheduling an appointment. My issue isn't with their initial interaction or work, but with the customer service and communication when no one showed up during my appointment window.

The work went well (replacing an outdoor hose bib) however the contractor did not show up in their scheduled window and it was only when I called afterwards that I got an explanation. Their plumber was in a car accident - which I totally understand is out of their control and why they missed their window - but I would have appreciated a proactive update. The original window was from 9-11, I didn't get a response/explanation from them until 11:30. And then when we rescheduled that afternoon, they also missed their scheduled window and showed up late.

Because this was a rental property, the work that I expected to be completed between 9-11am did not get completed until 2pm. Therefore I had to rearrange the rest of my schedule to accommodate.
