This is an honest business, and I say that as a single woman with very little experience in home repair. I called them out because of moisture under my house - a contractor told me it was a pipe leaking. Cesar came out and assessed the situation and reported what he saw with pics (no leak). I was quickly referred to the right professional that deals with problems like the one I have.
They could have easily taken advantage of the situation but didn't. I will 100% use this place for any and all plumbing issues I have in the future, and as a homeowner, there will undoubtedly be plumbing issues down the road.

Recently, a plumber clearing out my clogged bathroom drain checked the other sinks in the house and noticed a leak under the kitchen sink. He thought it was coming from a pair of old copper pipes - but said it would involve a lot of work (like cutting& replacing the pipes and drilling a large hole into the wall). The price he quoted was pretty steep, so I decided to get other estimates. That's when I called Camco Rooter and Cezar came by the same day. I told him I was looking for estimates & he checked under the kitchen sink. I made the mistake of telling him about the other plumber coming by and he asked me a lot of questions about him, like the name of his company, why was he at my house, how he detected the problem, and I told him everything except the estimate he quoted me because I wanted a fair, unbiased estimate from Cezar - but this seemed to tick him off. From there, things just went downhill. Every question I asked was met with sarcasm. He was at my house for no more than 15 minutes but by the time he left, he gave me a quote range which seemed a little more reasonable than I expected so I was considering him. On his way out the front door I asked for his business card and with his back to me he told me he didn't have any more cards and continued walking to his car. This is a guy who has no consideration for others and needs to work on his people skills if he wants to bring in more business and beat out the competition.

Decided to do a DYI job for a water heater, but couldn't stop a gas leak. Called Camco Rooter and within a couple of hours Cezar was working on the leak. Not only did he fix it, he also noticed something wasn't to code (which was never there, even before this job). I would highly recommend Camco Rooter if you want someone honest, hard working, and affordable.

Cezar came to fix a kitchen because of a drain sink drain issue. He was prompt, friendly and professional. He visibly assessed the situation first, then got the proper supplies from his vehicle to fix the sink. It took less than 15-20 minutes for him to get us back on track. I asked him how to keep things in working order and he gave good advice, who knew rice could be an issue? The price was average, good to ask questions about additional charges.

Our shower drain spontaneously clogged and I sent out several yelp quotes. Camco was fastest to respond and was able to schedule me right away for the next day. Cesar arrived and checked out everything before clearing the clogged drain for a the reasonable discount price of $69. Would definitely use his services again.
