No one ever answers the phone. They never return phone calls and they never arrive on time. They are like a black hole. They did this before? but I decided to give them a second chance, the tech came, 1.5 hours late, and smelled like smoke. Our whole house smelled like smoke for 3 hours after the guy left. He ran his machine, and it was fine, but would not recommend based on customer quality of service and responsiveness.

I have been doing business with CAM Pipe for approximately 10 years and they have consistently provided excellent service and reasonable prices. The techs, specifically Justin, are professional and informative. Their success rate is also great and generally have always been able to resolve my issues with water pressure. If you have issues with water pressure, I suggest starting with CAM Pipe.

Cam Pipe Clearing came out and took care of several units in my condo building a couple of years ago. Within an hour they cleared up problems we had with low water pressure in the hot water line. It felt great taking a shower with the higher water pressure. They saved us thousands of dollars and prevented us from opening walls to remove the sediment. Recall that the tech was very quick and friendly.

Water pressure is still good to this day, so the results have been lasting.

This place does great work. John with Cam was great and so professional. Hooked up his machine and in no time our bath tub/shower pressure was restored. It's so good that we can use all our shower head settings with awesome water pressure. Highly recommend Cam Pipe Clearing.

I wish there were more stars to give this company. I support the management of roughly 30 high rise condos in Chicago. Anytime reports of low water pressure are mentioned, I contact CAM Piping immediately. Kathy Moore's correspondence and scheduling is superb. You do not receive this level of service anywhere. Kudos to Kathy for always providing accurate and timely information regarding my scheduling requests. Moving gears to their fieldwork.....I have had the pleasure of meeting and watching John in action. He is GOOD if not GREAT at what he does. Not only at restoring pressure, but with the managing agents and residents. Top notch service coupled with the highest level of professionalism. I very much recommend CAM Piping's services. Can't recommend them enough!! We live in a 100+ year-old building, and some one of our hot water pipes was running at only a trickle. CAM came in, hooked up their machine, made some noise for a minutes, some sediment came out of the pipe and the water was running great. The technician was helpful, friendly and made no mess whatsoever. He even offered to help with solutions on other minor problems I had on the faucet. If CAM hadn't fixed my water pressure problem, my only other course of action was to dig up the 100+ year-old cement floor in my bathroom. They saved me thousands of dollars.

I run a 234 unit highrise with galvanized pipes. The 30 year old building has a lot of sediment in the lines. If you ever have a clogged line they will fix it. Cheap fast and very professional.
