So our toilet was leaking and we notified our home warranty company to have someone come out to check, which ended up being this company. I called them to schedule, when usually they reach out to you because of the service request. Plumber came out and said the wax ring was on upside down and used the same one to put it on the right way (I have since learned it's impossible to have it upside down, and to not use the same wax ring). The leak gets even worse from here on out, to the point I file an insurance claim for water damage. I called Calvert multiple times with all calls going to voicemail. I reach out to home warranty to have them try. Finally I get a Call back saying someone would come 2 days later. Time passes and the technician was apparently exposed to covid so they would send another. No show. Call multiple times again with no luck. Reach out to home warranty and they have no luck either. Now I am out my deductible because they made the leak worse and will not call me back. Look else where.
