After 14 years using Calverly I have completely lost faith in the company. For the past 2-3 years I have had poor service from the technicians and all of the work that was supposed to be done under my maintenance agreement was not being performed. Last week they charged me $384.00 to blow out my drain line and I just had the unit serviced 4 months ago. I recommended Calverly in the past but something has changed. I will not use them anymore once my maintenance plan expires. Very unhappy

Our AC was not cooling so I called this company that had previously done our annual check. Two people arrived in separate vans. One was obviously a salesperson. They were not here long when they announced we would need a new unit. The prices offered for our size house (1,600 sq ft) we're shocking. The low end would cost us $16,000. The sales person was definitely high pressure, especially since we are older and could possibly be taken advantage of us. It didn't work. We called another company who has tirelessly been working to find the exact problem, but we do not need a new unit. We have been keeping cool most of the time and they have narrowed it down to two possible issues. From the beginning, Calverly was mainly interested in selling us a new AC. I would NEVER recommend this business to anyone who cares about their wallet.
