Billy has come to my home a couple of times and each time he is extremely professional, courteous, and is an expert plumber. He did the work in a fraction of the time I could have done it and with much more ease. Whenever I need a plumber for any job at all Cal's will be my first call and I hope Billy is the guy they send. Nick, Billy, and Andrew did a great job for us removing a broken sewer root cutting head that was caught in our sewer pipe and causing repeated toilet and shower clogs (with the toilet backing up into the shower - ew). The had to cut the sewer line and replaced it with the addition of new, better placed clean outs. They came in under the original estimate and were professional all the way. I would definitely call Cal's again for any plumbing needs.

Leonard arrived right on time, solved my simple plumbing issue and did not over charge me. I was always able to get someone over the phone, the pricing was explained to me ahead of time (I waited for the weekday rate) and I even learned how to take care of my pipes to avoid future issues. All in all a much better scenario than the plumbing nightmare that I thought was unfolding - I would highly recommend their honest service.

This company is a scam!! shady beware!!. Do not do business with this company. We are helping some seniors get there house repaired. We told them to please call before doing any repair. With an estimate. I bought all the parts I know how long each one takes because I have put in a faucet and a garbage disposal at my own house. I took off the faucet in advance on one bathtub. So I know how much time he should take. Ok here is what is shady, he called my sister and said, for the 4 faucets n disposal it's 318.00 for about 2 hours if there is no problems. My sister said, why we bought the parts. He said We charge for the job. She said before you do ""anything""the bathroom that leaks do first, ""let me know"" because I don't want to be charge 500 dollars. Well he never called. my sister called and he said, I'm done it was 2 hours. He leaves, the elderly lady calls and says her bathroom is still leaking he didn't fix it. Now my sister calls the company but they said, oh he said you told him to keep it under the 318.00. Ok but It still leaking in the wall he never fixed it. He basically put a bandaid on it. He put the faucet on but didn't fix the leak, well we called to complain they took off 25.00 what? He never fixed the bathroom faucet he didn't fixed the bathtub faucet. That means of the 4 faucets, 2 got fixed and disposal was 293.00 Are you kidding me do the math 2 faucets at 25.00 dollars a pop from 318. The rest is the garbage disposal. Why did they fix a faucets that still wasn't fixed? We asked for a break down we still haven't received it. We found them on yelp as being great!! don't be taken advantage of. My sister doesn't realize some of those reviews may not be legit!! We are in contact with the BBB. and the district attorneys generals office. I wouldn't give this company a single star but a negative.!! We are to seniors helping seniors. We're not rich by any means. We just like helping disable seniors who can't help themselves. Most of there SS. money goes to insulin. How sad to have a company like this take advantage of the elderly n disabled. Well keep you posted on what happens!! We'll post pics of his work he did n the leaky faucet . Updated never even got a crediited for work that they didn't finish.

This is the second time I've used Cal's Plumbing and both times have been a pleasure. Nick has been the plumber Cal's has sent and each time has been a great experience. Very professional and quick. He explains everything before and after. The prices have been very reasonable. That's enough for me and I'll continue to use them.

Urgently needed a plumber asap. Looked at my neighborhood's Nextdoor site and called Cal's Plumbing based on 5 recommendations. Extremely pleased that they were able to have an employee (Dan) out within 45 minutes of calling and for very reasonable rate. Fixed problem immediately. Highly satisfied with this service! I can't imagine ever using anyone else.

This outfit is unbelievable good!

On May 8, 2019 we had a major problem with our septic system. Every toilet in the house was inoperative. I called our then plumbing company, who completely misdiagnosed the problem. The other company told me that there was no problem with the system from the house to the septic tank and that I should call my septic company to pump the tank.

When the septic company pumped the tank, they concluded that it was virtually empty and simply was not getting any input from the house.

In desperation, I called Cal's Plumbing late in the afternoon. They immediately sent someone out, who correctly diagnosed the issue. The line from the house to the septic had ""dropped"", just before the tank. They had a crew out first thing the next morning and by 11:00 AM our toilets were back in operation.

If you don't care what the price is this might be one of your choices.
I have since learned they are way overpriced. 3xs higher for the same job.
They put in a new water line to the road for us but didn't suggest a pressure regulator. We have had our irrigation fail. They quoted us 600+ To add one. On line cost was 200-350. Another plumber charged us 211 for the same job. Afraid to think how we must have overpaid for the new waterline.

We are selling our property in Tucson and moving. We had already physically moved, which made coordinating home repairs very difficult. Our home is large and fifty years old. To complete the sell required a number repairs to clear escrow. The team at Cal's plumbing was very knowledgeable and efficient. They helped us understand SWGAS issues and serviced our main water connection and several gas connections. They also handled our compressed schedule, which was amazing.

The good: They do good work, let me get that out of the way early on. You pay for the good work, but that is to be expected.
The work: They replaced my main line to the street, installed a water heater, and moved a gas line for my stove. It took several days all together. Nick was personable, hard-working, and cared about the finished product.
The bad: While installing a new line, they ran the line directly into the house and skipped over the front-yard faucets. I brought that up, but they said that they could come out and run that line, too, presumably for an additional fee.
