We contacted the business last summer regarding work to be completed at my Dad's house. He gave us an estimate and contract. He requested 1 third at the time of the contract. The other payments as the work progressed. No work was completed. In fact the kitchen sink appeared to be clogged, he told us to call a drain company. We contacted Dave numerous times, text, email, and phone call all over a two month period. We have been patient. The work was sourced to another. We will be sending Dave a formal invitation to meet again soon in Court and look to the state license board as another remedy.

Really bummed to leave a bad review.  We actually really liked David.  He was really easy to chat with and gave us a quote within 1-2 days of seeing the work.  We told him we were ready to move forward and scheduled an installation for Saturday.  He reached out the day before to push back until Monday due to inclement weather and the need to connect pipes from outside our home and into our basement.  We said sure no problem and moved it to Monday for 8am.  He never showed up, called or texted us.  We called multiple times and left both a text and voicemail to figure out what happened.  Nothing.  I'm happy to come back and change this review if we could just understand why the no-show and complete disconnect on communication.  But until then, I unfortunately need to share my experience since I now have a new stove sitting in my kitchen for the last 4 days and am back to square one on hiring someone for this job.

I have a working sump pump again thanks to David (owner of Callahan Mechanical)! Fast, quality service at a very reasonable price - it was barely over 24 hours from my original outreach to when David was wrapping up the installation of my new pump. He is clearly very knowledgeable and helped me understand what went wrong with the old pump and how he'd fix it so I was comfortable throughout the process. I'm so glad David was available to help me out and I'll definitely plan to use him/team for future projects!

Made an appointment with them. Tried to confirm appointment with them 4 days before. Left 10 msgs, , but they never called back and didn't show up. Very disappointing.

Excellent service, extremely fast response, reasonably priced and excellent quality of work.
I'm very glad that I went with David from Callahan Mechanical. Inspection went without any questions, and all paperwork was done on time.

I will definitely recommend David as an excellent plumber to my friends and will come back with other projects.
