We had the good fortune to be put in contact with Call Tim Ryan Inc. He is extremely responsive and professional. He install a new hot water tank in our home and did an excellent job. It is been along time since I've had the pleasure of dealing with such a professional individual. We highly recommend Call Tim Ryan inc.
This guy is a scam. Home warranty company set up for a drain issue. Had to call three times to get him here for the appointment. He came and did not have the parts to do the job. This did not stop him from asking and cashing the 125 dollar deductible check that day. Three weeks of calling everyday, making appointments for him to only never show up was unexceptionable. On one call he actually acted like he did not even know who I was. Run the other way folks all he wants is your money and does not know anything about customer service. If I only would have looked at the yelp reviews.
I highly recommended Tim Ryan for all your plumbing needs. We had a major pipe stack that needed replaced and he came to the rescue after other companies didn't want to do the job. He is a hard worker, trustworthy, reliable and most importantly did great work!
Plus, he doesn't mind a toddler and dog bothering him while he works
Professional, honest, and easy to work with. I've had great service!
Dawn H.This is the company that was chosen from the home warranty... I waited days with no call from him so I called back and they contacted him and set up an appointment which he never showed up for so after an hour of waiting on him I called and he said he was running behind.. he said he would be here in an hour which he still never showed or called or answered my attempts to call him. I took the day off for this but after reading other reviews of him I'm glad he didn't come. They will be setting me up with someone else.
Joe P.Careful to communicate and careful about the house. Doesn't leave a mess. Texts if he's running late or when he's on the way. Seems to be a solid guy. We'd use him again.
Seemed that any negative reviews were from other states so not applicable.
We were out of town and our house keeper found water spouting from a pipe in our lower level near the hot water heater. I called Tim and he came right over to repair the pipe. I am so appreciative of his prompt response and efficient job.

Our garbage disposal was leaking and our home warranty company sent us Tim Ryan to inspect. We were told he had 24 hours to contact us. 3 days later, still no word. I contacted the home warranty company and they called and left a message for him. Finally, he called and set an appoint that same day.
He came over, took a quick look, and said he would get us a new garbage disposal and had to adjust the pipes so the new one would fit. He said he would charge everything to the home warranty co. He wanted to come back in 2 days but due to Thanksgiving I told him the following Monday would be best.
On Monday he sent a text stating he would be late for the appointment. He later said he couldn't make it and reschedule for the following day. The following day he never showed up. The home warranty co called and said the part is under warranty but the pipe is not and Tim was still waiting for the part. They said Tim Ryan wanted to charge us $140 extra to put a new pipe under the sink. I left two messages for Tim but no response.
The following day, I called him again and set an appointment after work. He said don't worry about the $140 and he would work with us. He showed up, installed the part but didn't bring the correct pipe. He had everything rigged using duct tape and said he would come by tomorrow with the right pipe and fix everything. The tape was leaking and looked like a child made the repair.
He then said he would knock $70 off the bill if he didn't have to come back. The freaking pipe was being held together with tape and this guy wants to leave it like this. He then said if he comes back, he would have to charge $210. I quickly complained and he came down to $80 total. He finally showed back the next day and made the repair. Everything is working so far.......
Jason A.Tim came out on a Sunday to fix our water heater. His estimates were significantly cheaper than others I had called in town. Very professional. Came on time and finished the job quickly. Would recommend him and use him again.
I wish I could have given zero stars...This guy set up appointment for this Thursday at 10:00am to fix a clogged drain in our kitchen. After taking a day off work to be there when he arrived he never showed up for appt. I called him and no answer. He then texted (coward) to tell me he would ""try"" to make it out Friday. Of course I told him to save his time and my money...I missed a day of work for a very unprofessional, and poor communicating plumber. Stay away from Tim Ryan Plumbing...
