Joey came out and I am 200 percent pleased with him getting to the bottom line of why my central air conditioning (installed less than five years ago) was not working.

It's a long story, but he walked in and guaranteed me he would figure it out lol. That's passion!!!

He did...it was actually minor, however, there is more work to be done...and that's because the prior company did not do their due diligence.

So, I would recommend this company and Joey was just awesome in how he explained everything...he was so thorough...he sent pictures and this was a glass half full situation for me! Thanks Busy Bee! I'll be in touch soon to complete the recommendations that were provided.

I have contracted with them for my normal service and I am very pleased thus far. Their personnel are excellent. Very knowledgeable, very courteous and demonstrate excellent work ethic. They installed a whole home humidifier and performed some repairs and mods in a new home that we just moved into. Results are great. Prices are competitive and response times have been great.

I do not recommended this company. Requires dispatch fee to be paid in advance. I paid and they've already canceled twice on me! Never received services and I've requested the dispatch fee to be refunded. Very disappointed. Shouldn't take money if they can't provide a service.

Compared with 2 other firms. One did not show. The other one came in at the same price but did not return my follow up inquiries.
It was installed quickly and with out any challenges. The units are quiet and powerful.

I have had this company for a year after my old company went out of business. Every time they have come for maintenance on both my furnace and A/C the technician has been outstanding. Friendly and very knowledgeable about every aspect of the heating and cooling systems.in my condo. James Smith is a professional and his honesty makes it a pleasure to have him back in your home.

Responded quickly to my call. Tech was very polite and friendly and gave me 3 options & prices for each to fix my problems.

Scheduled the work for a week later. Showed up on the scheduled day on time. Was notified and reminded of the appointment also the time he would arrive.

Completed the work and cleaned up afterwards.
