First time using ""call and save plumbing"" I called them Wednesday schedule an appointment on the following Friday at 5pm. I called him at 5:13pm cause I thought maybe their just running late left them a message. I call back at 5:27pm no answer. It's now 7:14pm and no returned call, the point is if your running late that's fine I can understand it during these difficult times (COVID) but as a business at lease have the courtesy to call the ""paying customer"" back to let them know hey I'm running late or if we can reschedule. It's just rude and unprofessional for a paying customer who are in need of service, at lease call the customer back to let them know. Thats all I ask for as a customer, Call and Save Plumbing I'm calling you out you need to have better customer service if your are spread to thin don't tell your customers you are able to schedule an appointment. Your lucky I had to even give you 1 star to post this review! BEWARE FUTURE CUSTOMERS it's a hit an miss with CALL AND SAVE PLUMBING!

Called and scheduled an estimate to change an old and I mean old leaky kitchen faucet. They were flexible with my availability, offered the best price and did a great job! I also liked that they wore masks during the estimate and when they returned to change the faucet. This is very important to me during this time. They came across a hang up with our plumbing since the house is older but the guys figured it out. I'm glad I chose them because they were knowledgeable and they saved me some time and money.

We had just moved into our home when we got a plug in our main line due to roots.. you can imagine how we discovered it. We called our home warranty to send someone out but with the holidays and how busy they are they weren't going to send someone for 2 days... Not cool. Found Call N Save on yelp and they were AMAZING! Snaked the main line, gave us tips on how to prevent re growth and were just overall a great crew! Definitely keeping their number to use and recommend!

I had a faucet in my bathtub that started having a drip and within a week was just dropping water consistently even when it was turned to close. I contacted a couple other plumbers and two told me I needed a new stem/faucet as it needed to be replaced. This done over the phone without them actually seeing it. When I contacted Call & Save I spoke with Joe over the phone and he said someone could come by within a couple of hours. Sure enough they showed up, looked at the leak and he explained it was a part within the handle that closes, not the faucet where the water comes out. They get old and just won't close anymore. He told me the price, very reasonable for the work he did. I saved money by getting the right stuff fixed and I'm glad he was able to actually take a look at the job before trying to quote me a price. Fast and efficient. Definitely recommend.

Our water heater suddenly stopped working. We don't have an old home (7 years) but called this company at about 11 a.m.--they came about an hour later--checked it and told us we needed a new water heater--we decided to think about it since it was a costly repair--but about an hour later--called them back and gave them the go ahead. Again they were back in an hour with a new water heater! Soon we were back in ""hot water!"" Professionally and quickly completed! We will definitely call again if we have any further plumbing problems!

If I could give more than 5 stars CALL N SAVE PLUMBING earned it!! I called them for a 2nd opinion and they were amazing! With way lower prices! I was shocked they didn't charge to find out what was wrong and they arrived within a hour. They came back the next day and fixed 3 issues all in one visit. My kitchen sink was leaking from a broke pipe causing a electric box to be removed for the pipe to be replaced. They also snaked my laundry area so water from the washing machine would start draining rather than over flooding the floor with water.They give great customer service, clean and professional not to mention they leave no mess behind!! Great Quality work

After waiting six hours for my home warranty company to try to find someone to come out on the weekend which they didn't have anyone I had to call this company on my own they were out to my home within 15 minutes and draining my clog pipes it took him no time to do it and it did not cost me a whole lot of money very professional straight to the point!
