Many thanks to Joe of Call N Save Plumbing! Not only did he answer, and actually respond, to our Sunday call for help, it was to assist on a Septic plumbing issue. He arrived in less than an hour, and had our problem taken care of just as quickly.
He stayed true to his quote, which was reasonable for an after-hours Sunday call. This was my elderly mother's, old plumbing, residence. Only ONE bathroom! He saved the day. Reliable and professional. We now have his card on our fridge!

I had my gardener accidentally rip the pipe on my front yard nozzle off the wall. I called for a free quote and someone was at the house within an hour. Joe came and gave a great price estimate, beating the two other quotes for dance exact work by 80 dollars. Was able to repair in about 20 minutes. Call n Save Plumbing got us a whole, spanking new kitchen (value over $30k) after breaking the T-join in a pipe in the wall when he tried to open it from the vent outside and used too much torque, causing a slow, undetected leak that ruined the 80 year old original hardwood floor under our linoleum, flooded the crawlspace under the house and warped the original wood cabinets. There was even mold, to boot!

Five months of living with a gutted kitchen as we dealt with homeowners insurance (Nationwide was on our side for sure!), contractors and sub contractors (see what Big Ben's flooring did if you want more chaos) and payments for things not covered under the insurance, and we are still trying to get our lives back in order one year later, searching for missing boxes stored in the garage by the restoration company that had to pack up everything before the gutting of our home could begin. (Yes, I really do need to find my Dutch oven and Kitchen Aid mixer accessories!)

Even MORE fun, he is saying it is not his fault and he's currently with the subrogation department of the insurance company. We never got a refund of the fee we paid to have him out, and he won't reimburse our deductible, so we're out that moneyunless we want to take him to small claims court.

Call n Save Plumbing saved our dinner party!

About an hour before our dinner party tonight (14 people in the house), the sinks started backing up after a toilet was flushed. Plunging didn't work, Draino didn't help.

We started calling emergency plumbers, but they were giving us quotes of $225-250, and saying they couldn't get here for two to three hours.

Finally, we got a hold of Joe, and he gave us a much better quote, and said he could be here in about 30 minutes.

When he arrived, he was quick to assess the problem and was able to get it fixed. It took a little longer because our house is older and has weird plumbing, but he was tidy and efficient in getting everything repaired.

We are so grateful that he was able to respond so quick and not charge us an arm and a leg.

L.O.V.E this plumbing company. I received a proper quote and they did not go back on their word on site. I was quoted a range and upon arrival the tech determined it was the lower range of the quote. That is really rare and unheard of this day and age. A lot of times, companies give you a fake low quote to get you in the door. Their honesty and integrity is much appreciated. The technician Luis was polite, efficient and clean. 5 stars! Glad to see small businesses who are good at what they do and do what they say. Found our 4ever plumber.

I could only compare a find like Call and Save Plumbing to something like striking gold! Your life can just about stop when your house gets backed up but being able to find a GOOD plumber last minute on a Sunday, seems unrealistic (spoiler alert: it's totally not). It's as easy as 1, 2, 3. After waiting for hours (and hours) for the City to show up and tell me they can't do anything, I was in a panic to get someone out quickly. Luckily, my girlfriend stumbled across Call and Save while searching google. One quick minute phone call with Joe began my route to relief. Within an hour, Joe was at my door with his colleague. I barely had to explain my issue before I was assured they would take it from there. And that's exactly what they did! To my satisfaction, they had my house back up and running in less than an hour (I'm not even sure it was any more than a half hour). So 1, I was able find and obtain last minute help. 2, the help was not only great, so was the customer interaction AND the minimal amount of time they needed. And 3, the price didn't even make me bat an eye. This is a business who knows what they are doing.

No job too big or small. Call Joe if you have any plumbing issues. We have called Joe on small issues like leaking supply lines and flappers on toilets at our rentals and office. We have also had Joe do a bigger job that entailed replacing a sewer pipe out to the city sewer connection. They are always prompt, professional and fair. Call Joe!

My sink had been clogged and my garbage disposal wasn't working anymore. I called them and they came over same day and fixed it. Well not even a day later I was washing dishes and when I drained the water I thought to check on the pipes. Sure enough there was water leaking from the same pipes they had claimed to fixed. I called them the next day and they again sent someone out. The guy inspected the pipe and told my roommate that it would be another $150 to fix it. My roommate gave me the guys bosses number and when I spoke with the boss he said there was some stress on the pipes and that's how much it's going to cost. I asked him why did I hire him to fix it in the first place and they didn't notice it then? He said we don't see everything the first time. I told him it's bs and he needs to fix his work. He refused and said if I pay him again he'd send someone out to fix it. I declined. DO NOT TRUST THEM. Don't hire them.

Hands down, the best team ever!!!

We noticed a smell in our bathroom earlier today. We thought our 4yr old peed out of the toilet (it happens) but then noticed it was water from the shut off valve cause there was more on the floor than when we first checked. We couldn't get it to stop so we called Joe & he said he would come out & take a look at it. Keep in mind, it's Sunday!!! He said we probably needed a new shut off valve but would check it when he got here then give us an estimate. He was here in 20min! He was able to replace the shut off valve and take care of the issue.

We have used his services before. Our main water shut off was damaged by Lowe's when they installed our appliances. We were referred to call Joe and he was able to come out & fix the issue. He's very knowledgeable, very polite and charges a reasonable price! He will always be my go-to plumber when needed! Thanks Joe and your team for always being prompt and able to take care of any water issues we have had!
