Mr. Rooter is the company you should call without hesitation.Sean arrived within 4 hours of our call and immediately got started on trying to find what was causing our sewer to back up and flood our bottom level. Unfortunately we then had to wait for an excavation crew to further determine where the blockage was. They could not be dispatched until 3 days later due to a holiday weekend. The excavating crew of 3 young men arrived on a miserably rainy and damp cold day. They immediately went into action, working non-stop until 7pm, under the light of their back hoe. Their disposition under such miserable conditions is to be commended. They worked as a team and never stopped until the last shovel of dirt covered the hole dug to replace a root clogged pipe more than 120 feet from the main. We are very pleased with Mr. Rooter's service and await their return in Spring to level the mound of dirt and cut-down the new U pipe needed to remedy the problem.

Josh from Mr Rooter arrived to my home within a few hours of placing the call to Mr Rooter to clear a blocked main drain to the sewer. This is 3rd time using Mr Rooter to correct a similar issue. I have always been pleased with their service, response time, and professionalism. This visit was no different. Josh was extremely knowledgeable, had the drain open and operating within 15 minutes and provide some good recommendations for correcting the issue. Would definitely call on them again if need arises.

Our drainage system in our home backed up causing a moderate flood in the basement. We contacted Mr Rooter and Mike the plumber rang the doorbell in less than an hour. About an hour later the drainage was cleared. This was the first time we called Mr Rooter. I hope we never need them again but if we do, we will definitely call them.

I trust them and have unfortunately had to use them many times over the years for broken pipes and other problems. They are polite and professional and clean up their messes, the only reason 4 and not 5 stars is they are a little pricey but when it comes to plumbing i want to use someone i trust.
