I called this morning around 10am to see if I could get someone to come and move a hit water line under my sink over 5"" because the new vanity did not have a service opening large enough and I would have to cut drawers. I was told by Chris some one would be here between 1-3:30pm. I told Chris I had workers coming on Wednesday to install our new wood flooring and I needed his today or Wednesday morning. At 2:45 I called and was told they were running a little late. At 4:45 I called and was told the tech was just about there. At 5:30 I called and was told he was almost there...at 6:16 the tech called and asked for a picture of the job...I told him is was a 5-15 min job and consisted of only Cutting the pipe and putting on the push elbow and new valve. He said he was 16 min from my home. I asked how much it would cost and he said if it was only 10 min it would be $100...then I get a call and the tech told me Chris said he could not go for less than $150 minimum....I asked for their senior discount and a little for being kept on the hook all day and he told me he would call Chris and call me back. I never heard anything back from them. The tech was rude and had an attitude and seemed like he did care about my problem at all. If I had known they were going to keep me waiting all day and then not show up or call me back I would have gone somewhere else..but after the good reviews, I decided to go with them because they were less than a mile from my home....very disappointed. Now I have got to find someone else or change installation schedule. If I had known about the plumbing issue earlier, I would have acted accordingly but it was not until I did a dry run with the cabinet that I discovered the problem...just too bad they were nor more customer oriented with me and knowlimg of my time table, one would have thought they would help out. But I guess they only serve big buck customers.. Too bad....

First off, I forgot to write a review the first time I used Cali's Choice. But was more than impressed with their service. Max was my technician and I cannot sing his praises enough. He's awesome.

Yesterday, I had a major emergency. I had called and said I needed someone immediately (my hot water heater was pouring buckets of water) but prefaced I still was calling more plumbers due to the emergency. Low and behold, Max was the one to arrive again! Unfortunately, he was 2nd on scene and my the problem had a temporary fix for now. He was incredibly gracious and helpful despite not being the one to fix it. He gave me a rough estimate for what needs to happen next with no obligation. That is real service!!

Incredible service ! I called in and talked to a dispatcher named Samantha , she was professional and understanding. She put me in contact with plumber and had them to my house with in an hour. Anthony and Nate were both very courteous . They took care of my slab leak in no time. Would reccommend this company to anyone

I recently had a leak from an upstairs shower. I went to Yelp for a plumber recommendation and selected a construction company that utilizes Cali's Choice Plumbing & Restoration. It was the best thing that could have ever happened. I had 3 people at my house in about 24 hrs. They were amazing! Noah did the restoration and Nick did the plumbing. Both were so professional and fast. Their customer service was over the top. They did everything possible to fix my situation quickly. I will recommend them to anyone and will only use them for any future plumbing or restoration needs I may have.

I had a pipe leak and started off making a few phone calls to different plumbing companies. This company was the only one that responded immediately. They are very professional and the pricing Was less than expected. I am extremely pleased with the customer service and would highly recommend this company to family and friends

In trying to fix my own toilet I put a hole in the pipe! Tony came over the next morning and was able to quickly repair it. He was in and out in less than a half hour. The fees were also reasonable. I have to do my own repairs to save money, but I have to say that in the long run it is better to hire a pro. They will do the job in the fraction of time and you will know that it is done right the first time.
