I called them to repipe my 100 year old house. A team of 7 guys showed up, were all day. After they left, I discovered that they had broken off the drain pipe to the a/c inside the foundation. They also broke off the faucet on the outside of the house (to the yard) and then patched it up...never told me about this. Two sinks leaked after they left (they worked fine before they arrived). They broke the light in the basement and didn't tell me. Broke the apron on the bottom of my refrigerator. They left the vent cover to the crawlspace off, leaving a wide open space for critters. I called to let them know all of this and their response was NOTHING for six months. I then received a call from them asking how they could make this right. Too late. I'd already paid to have these items fixed. By the way, I am in a wheelchair so I'm sure they thought I wouldn't see most of the damage. If there were zero stars to give, I would've marked that. They are the WORST people I've ever contracted with.

In August 2019, my wife and I contacted California Repipe Specialist to repipe our house, due to old corroded pipes causing poor water pressure. In September 2019, California Repipe Specialist repiped the entire house from the main. Initially, we were satisfied with the service, as the water pressure was restored. However, about 2 weeks ago, a pipe leak/burst was discovered that caused substantial water damage to the property. The pipes were just replaced less than 2 and a half years ago.

We have tried to contact California Repipe Specialist since the day the pipes burst, at both their listed numbers, with no luck. Every time we call it goes to voicemail and their voicemail box is full, not allowing us to leave a message. Additionally, we sent an email to the company representative that emailed the invoice to us; however, he did not respond to our email either. We are still trying to get in contact with California Repipe Specialist to resolve this issue. We would greatly appreciate it if someone from the California Repipe Specialist would contact us so that we can finally resolve this ongoing issue.

We used California Repipe Specialist to replace all of our old original copper plumbing with PEX in November 2021. All of our neighbors have had leaks and we wanted to eliminate the problem. We received quotes from several companies but went with Shane based on good reviews from a neighbor. The repiping went excellent, the drywall repair was quick and completed. The only problem was that they broke an expensive kitchen faucet (~$1200 for the faucet alone) and never replaced it. Took the faucet with them and never returned it.

This would have been a 5 star review. The new pipes were installed quickly (7 hours from arrival to departure). The walls were patched seamlessly. Ceilings were patched adequately. But... they broke the kitchen sink drain pipe during patching. Accidents happen. But it doesn't seem unreasonable to expect a contractor to repair damage that occurs as a result of their work. Instead, they wanted to charge another $1800 to repair it (on top of the $9000 we spent for the repipe). And they didn't know when they could schedule someone to come fix it. If you hire this company, things will probably go ok. But if something goes wrong, know that you're on your own to fix it. The plumber and plasterer we called to fix the broken drain ended up costing $700.

The worse repipe company and customer service I ever seen. Dont trust them. They are Not reliable, responsible, it took a mounts to do their job, they broke our faucet, cabinet and when asking them to come and fix them, Shein ( manager), ignore to response. Worse worse worse I ever seen in my life.
Please don't trust them.

We had a plumbing leak which really messed up the flooring and walls. Didn't want to go through that again so we decided to have the house repiped. We have used California Repipe in the past at another house and we're very happy with the work they did. These guys do not disappoint. They cover the floors and fixtures and also do a very nice job of cleaning up. They will cut holes in the walls and stucco to run the piping and when that is done they repair everything and texture to match. I am a picky guy and they did an excellent job matching the texture inside and out. They put on all new connections to faucets and new hose bibs outside. Our house took 3 days from start to finish. I could not be happier with the work and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. If you live in South Orange County and your house is 40 years old, call these guys before you have a leak.

To be honest, I'm not the easiest client due to high expectations. My wife and I both want the best bang for our buck. California Repipe Specialist has a great team of hard workers (really like Josef). I was new to this process and didn't ask all the questions that should have been asked, but they always followed through and took care of us. Highly recommended working with them. Also, most cost effective when pex repiping and drain repipe combined.

Well let me start by saying I was very reluctant to have my house repiped especially during a pandemic. We had Shane come out and give us a quote and we were very comfortable with the fact that he wore a mask and shoe covers...so that was a plus for us front the start...anything to make us more comfortable. What really convinced us was the fact that they would finish the repiping in one day...and yes that was so true! We made it very clear that we did not want a mess and that I am a clean freak and let me tell you I was so impressed with how clean and efficient they were especially having six or seven guys in and out of my house all day. They did a great job in covering my furniture, floors and everything they could and should cover. The clean up was so minimal and they did an amazing job. I was really impressed with their drywall guys also they did an excellent job and were also very clean. I would definitely recommend them to anyone especially if you are afraid of the mess and want a job well done these are the guys to call. Very impressed with this company and thanks again!!!
