Today the plumber, Benji with California Plumbing arrived on time and completed the following... replaced water valve, added pressure gauge, and reset toilet. He works quickly. Their prices are reasonable and I would definitely use him again. Sidenote, he came out several months ago and replaced piping to repair a pinhole water leak. I have used him twice and would ask for home again.

After a long, arduous search for a same day plumber, California Plumbers tech, Chico, came out. Excellent overall communication from the office to the tech about special entrance instructions. My toilet/shower/clog was extremely serious and disastrous. After a careful diagnosis from Chico M. (tech), my finances were out of reach to complete the work. However, I still received an excellent quote, based on the amount of work involved and feedback from other relatives' experiences. Rather than shoot in the dark in the future, I will be calling CA Plumb. for their honesty and punctuality in customer service!

I had an issue with my toilet and it needed to be replaced. I contacted California Plumbing and the phone call was pleasant and very accommodating. The very next morning Chico arrived on time and began working on the replacement. He identified a couple of issues with the flange and explained to me that it must be replaced. Although this was an unexpected issue, which is quite common on older homes, I was happy that the problem was able to be solved at that time. Chico gave me a great price and completed the work with professionalism and courtesy! When you find a great plumber, hold on to them. They will be the ONLY plumbing company I will use for my future plumbing issues!

Aaron and his team came to the rescue not once not twice but 3 different times and after hours! They truly saved us from major major water damage we appreciate him and his team and their quick response during each emergency situation! They are the real MVPs!! Thank You Benji!! Benji listened to all that we had troubleshot on our own and asked us at every step what we were comfortable going forward with. When the issue became we just needed a new toilet, he took our prefrences into account even though it might have meant a harder install on his end. He was friendly & efficient!! Will definitely be calling California Plumbing SD for all our future needs!

Chico was super polite, professional, and helpful! He communicates clearly, so I could understand what had to be done. He welded an extension, and replaced our patio hose bib which would not shut off. In the past, we greatly overpaid for plumbing. California Plumbing charged a very fair price. Thank you California Plumbing! We will call the next time we need help with our plumbing.
