We purchased a new washing machine but the installers could not remove the old water hoses as the connectors had completed rusted to the water supply outlets.

Despite it being after hours, Tino responded to my Yelp service request instantly, he quickly gave a fair and accurate estimate, and we scheduled a service time for the next day. Tino arrived promptly, he was able to remove the old rusted hoses, and he replaced them with stainless steel hoses that he provided. He also flushed our hot water tank which we had neglected to service since buying the house a few years ago.

I was at work and my wife was at home watching the kids, but Tino kept me informed the entire time with regular text updates including photos and videos.

We will definitely be a repeat customer. Thanks Tino!

Tino supplied a new Rheem 40 gallon natural gas hot water heater and replaced my old one which started leaking a week ago. He and David worked quickly, very thorough, were very professional and made sure that my system complied with the latest regulations. The work done was of a very high quality and they did a great job of cleaning up afterwards and taking all the trash with them.

Tino explained everything clearly, and completed the job exactly per the agreed estimate and price. He tested everything and made sure that we were completely satisfied at the end of the job. Three months ago, Tino did a once-over of the plumbing for me. Got an old house, that's just something one should do every few years.

Replaced a few toilet 'guts', repaired a leaky hose bib, found/replaced washing machine lines, installed a pressure regulator and presto! My water usage dropped by a third. Yep!

Went from 6K gal/ month before to 3-4 K gal/ month now. That's been the case for three water bills now. AND I read the water meter to be sure they were actually reading it. AND no, I haven't adjusted my water usage one bit.

So pleased about this!

Tino is the best! My husband and I needed help with our water pressure at home, and he came over first thing the next day. He taught us how to check our water pressure with the gauge and showed us where the pressure regulator valve is, as well as the main water shut off. He even gave us a new water pressure gauge so we can check the pressure anytime! He reassured us that our water pressure at 54psi was sufficient and we had nothing to worry about. He also inspected the regulator valve and let us know that it is in good working condition, and also taught us how to adjust the pressure at the valve if we ever needed to adjust it. Tino is very reliable, informative, friendly, and knowledgeable. We highly recommend him!

I highly recommend Tino at Cal. Pacific Plumbing! He has been to my house several times and does high quality work. Unlike many other companies, you are getting the guy who actually holds the license to do the work, not a less-knowledgeable employee. He was very clear about what he was going to do and communicated very well throughout the projects. I had him fix leaks, replace a hot water tank, install new vanity and sink, replace all the bath and shower valves and fixtures, and more. This was on a 100-year old house. I will definitely call him again if I need a plumber.
