Victor was excellent he found the leak right away when regular plumbers could not. He was very open and forthcoming and direct in a good way. He didn't want me to spend unnecessarily and showed me how to do a lot of the work myself. I would definitely recommend him for any leak detection or other jobs.

This company was recommended by someone who works with plumbers all the time in their line of business. She says they're reliable and guarantee their work at a very reasonable price. I can tell you that they were all that and more... My plumber, Viktor, arrived on time and got to work on my issue right away. Turns out my water leak was coming from my copper water line that was routed above my ceiling. He had to cut a hole in the ceiling drywall to locate the exact problem area. He removed and replaced the portion of pipe that had the pinhole. Afterwards he cleaned the work area thoroughly and wrote up my bill in about 45 minutes or so. The amount due was very reasonable. Great job overall!

Upon discovering a slab leak for the second time in out downstairs bathroom, we knew who we needed to call! California Leak Detection! I had an underground leak outside the house with significant water accumulation. I called California Leak Detection Specialists and they sent out Christian and Victor who were absolutely fantastic. They diagnosed the problem within minutes and gave me a very reasonable quote. They also were able to detect a leak on the inside of the house which was causing a problem with my hot water. They fixed both issues and did a great job! Very professional, arrived on time, great communication and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend this company. Thank you Christian and Victor!

I am gonna give them a mixed review

They were referred by the insurance company for a reroute, which was done efficiently and expeditiously -- they knew their drills and they did it fast.

That was in mid April 2021. I would have given them a five star if the story ended there.

On July 20, 2021, we suddenly had a flooding of the sunroom. We were totally perplexed. We asked the CA Leak Detection tech to come over the next day and he didn't find anything. He said he would come back the next day with the camera @ $350 and will also bill us their regular fee of $250. I said fine.

I called my regular contractor who had patched up the walls and and installed kitchen cabinets for me. Per his estimation and upon his suggestion, we opened the wall area which was moist/wet. My contractor found a cap on top of a tube and the cap was cut through. Water seeps out of the cut-through cap making the wood black with moldy spots and the nearby floors swollen. When we had a backed-up drain like on July 20, under pressure, the little cut spewed lots of water and flooded the room.

The cutting-through was done by CA Leak Detection when they came to do the work requested by the insurance company. My husband even had pictures of the cutting-through. It was an accidental maneuvering if their saw, I will give you that.

When we texted them videos and pictures, CA Leak Detection didn't want to own it, which is totally understandable.

We just let our regular contractor fix it.

I hope CA Leak Detection wouldn't want to charge us again for that one trip where they didn't find anything.

To me, the speedy recovery of the functionality of my home is more important than arguing over the repair cost. I used to live in a condo where the upstairs unit owner's backed-up drain flooded us a few times. When, and only when the HOA plumber intervened and investigated, the upstairs owner would grudgingly pay (them). The rest of the times, he just played dumb -- I always had to fork the cost

This place is great! Christian came out right away, to check our slab leak, Christian was very polite. Checked the leak and right away gave me two estimates. Christian, Victor and Ricardo came out a few days later and rerouted our hot water line. No more leak and price was great! Extremely professional and knowledgeable.
