Insurance referenced them to repipe. Now, we regret that we didn't find our own contractor/plumber to do it. Low quality work and irresponsible!

1. They did not check all your water outlets if they were all up and running after performing all the work.
- The washer's water burst out and shot to my face when I turned it on!!! Really horrible!
- Connected new pipes leaked.

2. They turned off all the applicants, but not turn them back on when they're done.
- The water filter for our fridge didn't work after they have done, and neither the water filter for drinking near the sink.

3. They're not consistent in terms of quoting the materials and labor.
- The insurance adjust said that we only paid for cold pipe materials, the rest of the work, insurance would pay (total plan $5,000). Insurance said that cold pipes cost $300 - $500 or less considering the work for our family. They came and demanded $2,000. We didn't agree. They lowered it to $1,000 (but for a few ft of cold pipes, that still a whole lot expensive)

4. They used questionable materials and did not consult us when they redirected the water outlets.

5. The insurance plan was to repipe the whole water systems with the new materials, but when we checked under the sink, they did not perform the work.

6. Workers didn't clean after themselves. They ate and had lunch at the worksite, and left their trash for our family to clean.

7. They came to work late and left early. We could obviously see the project should be done within 2 days or less was dragging out to more than 3 days (not counting the days that we have to call for other problems after they said everything done).

DO NOT RECOMMEND TO USE THEIR SERVICES!

I have unfortunately had to use California leak detection three times because of my slab leaks.Christian is the best found the problem and fixed the next day. I have gotten other plumbing companies with no good luck at all and leak detection had to fix there mistakes this company is the best I have ever used. I hope I don't see them ever again but if I need help I will use them

For 275.00 I would have expected more from them. Their leak detection is no different then any of the other companies we called at far less money. My husband - not a plumber found the leak and we have since called in another company to repair it. I knew the cost when I talked to them so it is my fault, but honestly I expected more for that cost. Just wanted to add my husband did leave a message for them to call him and they did not. The leak is now fixed so thank you to another Plumbing Company.

Our tenant had a slab leak causing moisture both under the tile in the house and under the concrete in the back yard. Christian and Viktor came the very next business day and diagnosed the problem quickly. They provided an estimate for rerouting the water line which would bypass going under the house. When they returned to finish the job two days later, they came up with an alternate routing method which was actually 1/3 of their estimated cost. We have used CA Leak Detection Specialists in the past with great results and will continue to do so for all our properties.

I have called California Leak Detection Specialists twice in the last 2 years for slab leaks at the property i manage in Corona. Both times either Chris, Viktor or Keith have done a fantastic job of finding and fixing the problem, while also giving me a quality experience with a very reasonable price for the repair. They are my go to company for all my plumbing issue needs and i would highly recommend them if you are have an issue as well.

Viktor was great! Dealing with these kinds of issues can be so frustrating and Viktor reassured me that this can be fixed. He came in found the leak and was able to repair it. He explained everything which was very important to me. Extremely happy with this whole process. Great company to work with. Friendly, Professional and efficient. I hope to never get another plumbing problem in the future ha ha. But if I do, I will be calling California Leak Detection specialist. We are replacing our flooring downstairs and when our contractors removed the flooring they noticed a lot of moisture in our concrete slab. They had to hault work until the source of the water was found and repaired. I called California Leak Detection and they were able to send out two techs within a couple of hours. Viktor and Jordan arrived and were quickly able to determine the source of the leak and found a few other unrelated issues that they made me aware of. They were quick, professional, reasonably priced, and had I was able to continue our flooring project without much delay. Highly recommend.
