Viktor was great! Dealing with these kinds of issues can be so frustrating and Viktor reassured me that this can be fixed. He came in found the leak and was able to repair it. He explained everything which was very important to me. Extremely happy with this whole process. Great company to work with. Friendly, Professional and efficient. We are replacing our flooring downstairs and when our contractors removed the flooring they noticed a lot of moisture in our concrete slab. They had to hault work until the source of the water was found and repaired. I called California Leak Detection and they were able to send out two techs within a couple of hours. Viktor and Jordan arrived and were quickly able to determine the source of the leak and found a few other unrelated issues that they made me aware of. They were quick, professional, reasonably priced, and had I was able to continue our flooring project without much delay. Highly recommend.

Buyer beware if you are using this company for a tankless hot water heater install. They are not certified with Noritz as installers, and did not install correctly. I had problems from the beginning, and never had instant hot water, so the entire project was costly without the result of hot water. A tankless is very expensive and the outcome should be instant hot water. They did come out three times to try to fix it, however the entire venting was incorrect and was leaking gas into my home for 9 months. We would smell gas in my living room. The gas company labeled the unit as unsafe, turned my hot water off and attached a label to the unit as ""Danger.. do not use"". My family was left without hot water for a week. I called Noritz and sent them pictures of the install and they confirmed it was vented incorrectly. They did refund my money, however the issue of gas leaking into my home with children is concerning, and I had to find another plumber to reinstall another system. Please make sure you check on certification for hot water installers.

Very happy with the work Chris and Christian did for me. We had a leak and they fixed it. They further remedied the problem by rerouting some pipes. They were the technicians on site but even the folks in the office were responsive , professional and courteous. Finally, their pricing was in line with another company I received an estimate from.

Hope I never have any plumbing or pipe issues going forward, but if I do I would definitely call these guys again.
