Very happy with the work Chris and Christian did for me. We had a leak and they fixed it. They further remedied the problem by rerouting some pipes. They were the technicians on site but even the folks in the office were responsive , professional and courteous. Finally, their pricing was in line with another company I received an estimate from.

Hope I never have any plumbing or pipe issues going forward, but if I do I would definitely call these guys again.

I can't say enough good things about this company. Chris came out to check out a leak we had in our master bath. He went through all the testing and come to find out it was our shower pan that needed to be replaced. He even checked out our water heater and come to find out it's on its last leg. We will definitely be using them again! Thanks again Chris!

Have used them on several different occasions but not again in future unless no one less available.

They said home owner had two leaks under the concrete foundation. They marked both locations collected their money and left.

We opened the floor in both locations to repair the leaking pipes. Found a leaky pipe under one of the locations but nothing under the other location they marked. Called them back to confirm that there are two leaks and not just one.

They returned to recheck the leaks and determined that there was only one leak. Problem is they said two leaks marked two spots and they were wrong. Ok no problem everyone makes a mistake. Here is the real problem, tech. Passed the blame to plumbers making repair based on their instructions as to that there are two leaks. Tech said plumbers should have double checked there work first before doing any repair????? Wtf why did owner pay them to find the leak if other plumber is supposed to also check for leak before starting work??????

Don't take money from owners if you cannot find leak or cannot accurately mark.leak location. Don't blame third party for not checking your work. Doesn't make sense and is really bad business practice. Mistakes happen but taking responsibility for ones mistakes is the right thing to do.

Stay away unless you like hearing BS if they make a mistake cause they will not take responsibility for any error they make.

One star because they found one leak but I am being really generous as they were paid for two leaks. Also they didn't return one penny or pay to fix the floor where no leak was found at the other location they marked.
