I have been meaning to write this review for a few months now and just got around to doing it.

About 2 months ago my sump pump stopped pumping the water collecting in my driveway to the street. So I assumed that the line was clogged and was told that Hydrojetting would be the best solution to clear the line by some of the plumbers I spoke to over the phone. (about 130 feet )

I called out Chase from his reviews-availability and price. Chase is a very calm and easy going soft spoken gentlemen. He came out with one other employee and did what he was supposed to do very efficiently. Once he was done he asked me to test the pump to see if the pump was now pumping the water out. When I turned the pump on, it still was not pumping the water out. So Chase proceeded to take the pump apart and clean out the intake area of sludge and leaves. This took care of the problem and now everything is working fine. He did not charge me for the additional 40 minutes of work, and to top it off made no issues of it whatsoever. WOW! I was very surprised that he came out to do one thing and did someting additonal and did not ask for more money. I was very impressed. If you need hydrojetting work he is great.

This Guy is amazing. I discovered on Friday morning that my drains where backing up and knew exactly what the problem was cause it happen two years earlier. I called Chase around 11:30 and he managed to fit me in by 4pm on the same day.

I had company when he arrived cause I had already committed to a meeting after meeting Chase I felt so comfortable with him that I trusted him being on my property without me being there, I left my house in his capable hands and returned 2 hours later to find the place were he had been working clean
, I wasn't sure he did the work I called him he explained it was done and he would call me back after dinner to get my credit card for payment. HIis a man of his word I most definitely will use him again and I recommend you do too for your plumbing needs

Very honest and straightforward. His pricing can NOT be beat. Others will charge extra for the camera service, but not here. VERY satisfied, his company will be my go to for all services annually in the future.

Chase and Jose are awesome!! Everyone else I called was way more expensive and felt slightly shady. Chase was the only one that asked me a few questions before quoting me a price.

So glad I found Chase on here. This is the one of the best things about the internet. If someone has that many great reviews it's makes the decision much easier.

If you're searching for an HONEST TRUSTWORTHY plumber in the LA area, look no further. Chase is honest, trustworthy and really loves being a plumber (he's a good young guy from Connecticut and not from LA!). He's the ONLY plumber we encountered who did NOT try to up-sell us or make our 'problem' ""worse than he expected."" He was honest, did great work, and fixed our problem in just over an hour!

Our main pipe from the house to the street sewage line was backing up due to tree roots shifting soil and intruding thru the clay pipe. We had New Pipe Plumbers come out to fix the problem. They were good, but they really pressured us into doing more work than (come to find out) we actually needed; and they didn't successfully hydro flush our main pipe and break thru the tree roots within the pipe like we paid them to do. They claimed that they couldn't get 'past the problem' (although Chase had no problem doing just that).

When dealing with New Pipe Plumbers the price went from $380 to $4,500 which would involve excavating a 5ft. hole on the public/city sidewalk just in front of our property line and replacing 4-5ft. of clay pipe that was damaged due to tree roots. Chase came out and told us the pipe, although yes is slightly shifted due to tree roots, was still usable for another 10-15 years so long as we maintain it (hydra-flush it) once a year (for a total cost of $150). Since we don't plan to live in this house forever, that's the option we wanted to hear in the first place but no plumber was honest enough to let us know or actually solve our problem.

With Chase's work, our plumbing issues were solved in just over an hour and we can flush and shower in peace again! THANK YOU CHASE!!! See you next year!

It's absolutely no surprise that Chase only has 5 star reviews on here. He is a professional, nice plumber that knows what the hell he's doing, after dealing with so many who did not. He fixed a problem that we were having to call people out every 6 months for, and on a separate occasion, he installed new washer dryer hook ups. He was always on time, if not early. He was quick, not milking the time for more money, and his prices were less than average. I absolutely trusted him in my house, and would recommend him to anyone!

i wish i could give 6 stars. I'm no stranger to plumbing problems and I've had more than my share of shady plumbers try to take me for a fool. Chase was referred to me by my girlfriend who had a recurring problem that was fixed only after Chase worked his magic, and he treated her with courtesy that the others failed to provide. My problem was a very distant sewer line clog (almost 100 feet from the washout) and after half a day and a lot of hard work the problem was solved. I should mention the price was very reasonable for the time he was there, but beyond that I feel lucky I've finally found a reputable guy I can trust to give me a fair deal. please consider Chase if you're in need, you'll be glad you did.

This is one of those rare occasions when you have a service professional that cares about the quality of the work he does. Simple as that. Chase understands the need for his level of quality and fair pricing in the industry and that is exactly what he provides. I couldn't recommend anyone more highly to work with. He is a smart individual who knows logic trouble shooting, and gets the job done quick clean and effective. If you are in a position of needing his main service of jetting, repiping or general plumbing needs, you would be hard pressed to find someone with more brains willing to solve your issue. I work in GContracting and have seen many plumbers. If I can get CHJet/Chase, I work with him. period.

It's not easy to find a reliable service company but these guys get 5 stars across the board. They were able to provide me an accurate estimate for the repair and even showed up early!!! Thanks to California Hydro Jet and Rooter Service, my plumbing was back up and running in no time! They even made sure to check if I had any other plumbing issues before they left!!!
