Called Chase today about a slow draining outside utility drain. He was upfront about his schedule (not likely to have an opening for a couple of weeks). I asked him what I could do to take care of it myself and he took his time explaining my options. I thought this was very professional. He put the customer first, when there was potentially nothing in it for him financially. Great guy.

By far the best plumber I have ever hired. In fact, Chase is more than a plumber, he is an engineer, a blacksmith and an artist as he tackles unique plumbing challenges. My previous plumber broke off his cable in my main line and didn't tell me. Chase came out and found the problem immediately. He then freed the stuck cable with his hydro and then manufactured a tool to grab the stuck cable and remove it from the pipe. It was a great and creative piece of work that saved me lots of money digging out the line. Chase is honest, a phenomenal plumber and a very cool guy. I will never hire anyone else. Thanks again Chase!!!

Chase is AMAZING!!!!!! My client, who is buying a house, needed to hydro jet a sewer line to ensure it was clean before buying a house. We found California Hydro on Yelp and were very happy with the decision to use them. We needed the inspection to be done quickly and the owner, Chase, came out the next day and did an excellent job.

We will definitely recommend this company in the future when there is need for a sewer clean out. By the way, hydro jetting does a much better job of cleaning a sewer than just snaking.

Another 5 star review for California Hydro Jet! Chase spent three hours not only hydro-jetting our drain, but also trying to figure out what the culprit of our clog was. Another plumber we had out a week prior didn't even bother to see (even with the camera) what the block was, snaked it, then clog came back a week later. Chase obviously has pride in his work that he really wanted to make sure everything worked well. A clogged drain is a huge pain, and Chase's low-key but very professional demeanor made us feel at ease. Very (VERY!) competitive rates as well for the level of detail he put into the job. Highly recommended!!
