Terrible. Overcharged me and would not send the technician back out to complete the problem. I own a commercial bldg with refrigeration in North Highlands and these guys were recommended by one of my tenants. I contacted the owner's wife who does accounting and no refund or money was taken off the bill. If you can not service my refrigeration needs, then charge me for your ""trip charge"" only. If you can not send a tech back to complete the job, you lost my business. I found a local guy in Sac for 1/2 the cost and the work was completed correctly the first time.

I am really surprised by the other review because I had the opposite experience! The technician arrived at our store as scheduled and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He repaired our walk-in freezer in a very timely fashion and we were billed exactly what the office staff had quoted us. I would definitely use this company again and would recommend them!
