Nick is wonderful to work with. He's very kind and knows everything about his trade; plumbing and restoration! If you have an emergency he will normally come out right away anytime. I highly recommend him!

These guys were awesome, showed up on time and extremely helpful. I had a plumbing issue in my house at noon on a Saturday and by 4pm they were on site. The guys took one look at my issue and was able to turn off the valve without have to replace it; problem solved. They even spent time helping me find my water shut off valve for the building which was above and beyond their duties. They answered all my numerous questions and provided me with a fair quote. Although they brought two service trucks out and four gentlemen, they did not charge me for visit. Stand up crew and would definitely use them again.

It's important to me that someone shows up when they say they will. This to me is an indication of whether they will stay on schedule and keep up their end of the commitments they make. I had an appointment to get an estimate for a new furnace and was told that they would be here between 3pm and 5pm. I got a call at 3:30 saying they were behind and the he had an errand to run before coming over, but will be there at 4pm. No problem, I know how you can get busy. So at 4pm, he's not there. At 5pm, he's not there. Finally shows up at 6pm as I'm getting ready to head out for dinner. Cannot recommend this company based on the fact that they cannot keep the commitments they make.

CCP was called out by my insurance company for a leak and clogged pipe. at first, they were decent and the young kid responsive (Monday). it was determined that they needed to snake the line, so it was pushed to the next day (Tuesday). They showed Tuesday and could not find the clog- claiming to have used over 100ft??

they left and promised to follow up that day or the early Wednesday to get permission from the insurance to get a camera. they never called back! i called to follow up several times and was told Nick would call back asap- he never called and they left me stranded. i had to call and hire another company and they had it fixed asap.

i don't know what happened to them? but i hope you take this into account when hiring a plumber, these guys were not impressive. i understand that problem happen, but the phone always work to communicate. it was promised that Nick would call many times, but i received nothing but excuses...

Nick ( the owner) was quick to respond to a problem we had with rusty water coming from our tub fill and a faucet that was difficult to turn on and off.
He new the cause and the remedy. The issues were resolved quickly and at a competitive rate.
Nick was very professional and I would not hesitate to use him again should the need arise.

I needed a bathroom faucet replaced, so I Yelp messaged and received prompt replies from Sam and was able to easily schedule an appointment.

Nick arrived right on the scheduled time and quickly replaced the faucet. He was professional, polite and friendly.

About a week later, I had California Coast Plumbing come out to replace an outdoor spigot that was leaking. Once again, scheduling was easy and Nick arrived and took care of the issue.

It is a real pleasure to now have a ""go-to"" plumber that is both professional and fairly priced. I highly recommend California Coast Plumbing.

they were professional courtepus fast to respond! def my go to choice for plumbers! They came out did what they said and even returned a couple weeks later to help install the dishwasher since I decided to wait until the rest of the improvements we're done

These guys saved our brand new home. Our dishwasher wasn't working and we learned the water to to dishwasher was shut off. I thought it was a simple fix to turn the water back on, but once I did, water came squirting out of the pipe and started damaging our cabinets! I called these guys first, based off of their yelp reviews and they were able to get to me in about an hour. Nick was fantastic. He had our shot off valve replaced and fixed in 15 minutes. I was really surprised by how quick, well done and professional he was. Nick has a plethora of knowledge and was telling everything he was doing while doing it. He offered me advice on our hot water heater and trim kits for our bathrooms as well. I 100% will use them again if anything ever happens in our home.

FAST RESPONSE!
I had reached out a week before to My Guy Plumbing (not these guys) and left him an email and left multiple voice mails but he never got back to me once.. So, still dealing with the issue I called other plumbers. many didn't answer. I reached out to California Coast Plumbing via Yelp and he replied instantly by calling me back. Not only that but said he could come over within twenty minuets to help! :O!! Yes please. He came and began trying to help with my drain in the back yard.. only to realized it had sorted itself out... They charged me a small service fee and said if the problem came back within a week they wouldn't bother me with the service fee again and just charge me the other part. Very kind of them! But thankfully I didn't need to call them back. But Should I ever have a problem again I will! They were very professional and nice through and through.

This is definitely a 5 star company. Sam took my call right away and sent 2 very professional, efficient, and fast crew out. They resolved my obstructed washing machine drain for a very reasonable price. Thank you California Coast Plumbing and thank you once again Yelp!
