Derek is one of if not the best workers that's ever done work for me at my home. Integrity, fairness, kindness, and concern just happen naturally from Derek. He's really become a trusted friend!
From calling to make the appointment with Kami, or talking to Jim about what I need direction on a problem I'm having, to the thorough, fairly priced great company!

My problem was the outside plumbing feeding into the sprinkler system. The plumber quickly assessed the problem and resolved the situation. He also took the time to provide education on operations and maintenance of the system to prevent recurrence. Additional information was provided on the HVAC. This instilled much confidence in me with Caliber Services that I will turn to them with any future plumbing/HVAC needs.

We moved here after the big hail storm into a home that had immediate problems. One of which was the non-working a/c unit. Everyone we called were either too busy to come for at least one week, or didn't even bother to call me back. Jim, the owner of Caliber Services, LLC stopped by at the end of his work day and had us up and running within 30 minutes! Fast, efficient, friendly and reasonable.
