The crew working on NE Alberta regularly parks in the disabled and short term parking with their big YEET YEET trucks. When I called and spoke to someone I was informed they park the trucks their because they have heavy tool bags. I was told BY THIS COMPANY that the only way to get the crew members to move the trucks is to have them get parking tickets - which means I have to call DAILY to make room for customers.

And now they've decided to drop a roll of material in the parking spots.

This has been a daily occurrence for more than two months. Parking enforcement is called and they get tickets. Show up and park there the next day.

This is a business area with a doggy day care and dog grooming - those parking spots are for their customers. Not some construction guy who's 'big bag of tools is too heavy'.

They have no respect for the neighborhoods they work in.

During a heavy rainstorm in January 2021 a French drain backed up causing run off and rain water to enter my home flooding two rooms. Caliber was out at my house that night till midnight pumping water and opening the drain. They saved my house from serious damage. This is why I used them for the install of a dry well in my front yard. I can safely say it won't happen again. These guys are true professionals and where there when I needed them. Thank you for taking care of me. They treated me like family, the family you like. I highly recommend them. Thanks guys!

Caliber worked on our remodel a few years ago. Initially things were OK, but as soon as the job was over we started noticing problems. They didn't finish the pipe detailing for our gas stove. When I called and asked them to come finish they were upset at me. The guys that showed up were grumpy and pissed off the whole time. Walked in with muddy feet and grumbled the whole time. And, for years I've had leaking under my sink (which they plumbed). I called and asked them to come out and fix it and they never got back to me. I just had another big leak near the P Trap. I took it apart and saw that they had not threaded the pipe so that the nut on the P trap could grab onto the threads. Instead they just shoved it up into place. Now I'm off to the hardware store to fix another one of their boo-boo's. Even if they agreed to come fix it I would decline. I don't want them in my house.

Also, they installed the heat pump incorrectly and it leaked freon for a summer and the A/C never worked. At least they fixed that, but it took a lot of phone calls.

2 walk in coolers replaced and still running strong! Great response time. I was most impressed with Justin's care level...he came in after hours to diagnose my issue and got me a fair quote the same night and he had my coolers running the next day. What a great company to work with! Thanks Caliber.

Caliber did an amazing job for me and my family. Justin their project manager helped us through the entire process of replacing our heat pump. The guys did amazing and were extremely respectful of our home and my family. Definitely recommend these guys!!!

I had these guys out to my house to install a new Furnace with AC. They did a great job. They were clean and respectable, did the job quickly and made sure everything worked before they left. I just had them out again to install a mini split for my bonus room. I was worried about how the piping would look on the outside of my house but it looks great! Super clean. I recommend Caliber to all of my friends.

Worthless company. Had them come out to fix my AC, turns out the technician was clueless, made the issue worse and reported back he would get with his boss and send me a quote stating I needed a new AC. I called back 3 times requesting the quote to show my landlord, each time they were ""working on It"". I have yet to ever receive a quote.
Called another company, he came out, fixed the wiring and low and behold fixed the issue.
If you want reputable and technicians who know what they are doing, and actually follow through on their jobs, stay away from Caliber.
