I found this place through yelp.... and what a great find! The communication online was prompt and courteous. I was not in a place to talk on the phone and, while i did not convey that to whomever was texting me back, they did not attempt to push me into a phone conversation. I appreciated this gesture alone. Instead, they answered all my questions, gathered the information, and set an appointment with me online. This was very convenient! The plumber arrived on time and, he even called before he arrived to conform my address. He quickly ascertained the problem; explained it to me; and went to work. My refrigerator was hard to pull out. The plumber did not give up and leave. He patiently helped wedge the refrigerator out! He left to get that part specifically for my refrigerator; repaired the hose; and even swept behind my refrigerator before replacing the unit. Very kind! And all of this happened on a Sunday!! I really was expecting an outrageous invoice. Nope! it was affordable and reasonable. I am thoroughly impressed with the service of Dani (the plumber) and Liz ( the office coordinator). Very professional and highly recommended.

I have nothing but praise and thank you's for the proactive communication by the office team and the technician (Dani) and the work performed by Dani was top notch, attention to detail, and very mindful of keeping the space clean. The price was right, and as important for me, since I need to take a day off to be home for the repair, my time is money, and he was on time, completed the work as expected and on the time frame expected. We've had some bad luck with plumbers over the last year and it's often a shot in the dark picking a tradesman, but hopefully this review helps others because I highly recommend them.

Buyer beware. They do not tell you they charge $195 an hour before you book the appointment. They also do not tell you that there is a minimum of 1 hr. This is in addition to a $45 charge to knock on your door. I just paid $250 for a 15 minute call.
