Mando helped us replace a couple old water valves. He is very professional and clean. He is the prefect person for your job small or big. He is honest and dependable. His prices are fair, and more importantly you can count on the repairs being done correct. I never have to look for another Plummer again!

We thought we had a leak in our pipes due to a dripping sound in the walls of our downstairs bathroom. Our area is known for slab leaks and pipe leaks so didn't want to risk it becoming a bigger issue. Mando was able to stop by the next and check everything out. He was fair, knowledgeable, and honest. Rather than just ripping up walls, he made sure we understood what work would have to be done and the expected costs. Even though we did not see any exterior water damage, we chose to have him inspect the pipes for our own well-being. We appreciated that Mando didn't just assume anything and gave us the option as to how we wanted to proceed. We were fortunate that there were no leaks and no water damage behind the walls. Mando and his crew made sure to cleanly patch up the drywall. Overall, Mando was great to work with and someone I would recommend.

My toilet was bubbling when I showered so I bought some over the counter drain stuff which made the problem worse and then black dirt started pouring out of my shower drain. I called Caliber One and they showed up in an hour. The owner was very responsive and had the problem fixed so it stopped shortly after he arrived. Unfortunately with old pipes the problem was much bigger. Mando, the owner, spent a lot of extra time with me trying to find the clean out to save me money on locating it.

With old pipes, the roots that had been hydrojetted when I bought the house three years ago had come back with a vengeance. Mando worked really hard to save me a much money as possible. He personally oversaw all of the work, the subcontractors and was under my house digging, jackhammering and replacing the pipes himself with his crew.

Each step of the way, Mando was courteous, kind and explained everything step by step in a way that made sense to me. I needed a pipe burst and another process to basically replace a long sewage line. Mando cancelled all of his other jobs and worked for a week to make sure I wasn't inconvenienced.

Over the years I've dealt with a lot of plumbers and other repair people and I have to say, I have never dealt with anyone so quick to respond, professional, communicative (instead of ghosting) and dedicated as the guys at Caliber One. Mando has become a friend and checks back in on me. He has my business for life and I would HIGHLY recommend Caliber One!

Mondo, the owner, showed up at 9:30 on a Friday night to help with a plugged, unresponsive toilet. It was old but he was able to break through the build up and get it flowing again with a recommendation that a new toilet was needed. He made no upsell to try to put one in for me, or that I needed it imminently. I appreciate that! He also explained everything he did as he tested for plugs downstream of the toilet, etc. He did a great job, it was reasonably priced, and I'll use him again in the future!

Caliber One Plumbing is just as their name says, they're the best. I recently had a clogged kitchen drain and Armando responded quickly and took care of the clog in the most professional manner. Not only did he clear the clog, but he also identified other issues that would need to corrected at a later date. Excellent job! Caliber one installed new toilet and it worked perfect. Easy to communicate with the owner for scheduling, they are prompt to accommodate the appointment time. They showed up with fully covered with mask and shoe covers, simple toilet installation job was still done with professionalism and courtesy. At the end, I asked him to leave the water pipe since I have my own bidet seat so I will take care of it later for myself. He still offered and helped me to connect extra water pipes for my bidet and made sure there's no water leak. They hauled my old toilet back to their truck, didn't ask me for non-sense extra $50-90 for ""haul & disposal"" fee later like some other sketchy plumbers out there. Highly recommend this plumber!

Caliber One has been first class! Armando has been awesome to work with! His pricing is very fair, great communication, thorough with his work and he's been extremely honest. Most plumbers or service techs want to get in and out.. Armando is one of the exceptions to the trade. Wow!

So I called Caliber Plumbing with a last minute water emergency because my plumber of ten years let me down. I was going on 3 days without hot water and needed to work the following day.

Since I needed to get help I called Caliber. I explained to Armando that I thought I needed a new water heater. Even though we were already well into the weekend and despite the fact that I wasn't an established client, Armando agreed to help me. Armando came to my home within the hour. He looked at the situation and confirmed my water heater was 10 years old, out of date and needed to be replaced.

I was so disappointed that my regular plumber was so non-responsive and that he wanted a weekend deposit before he would dispatch a technician. I needed hot water so I went with Caliber.

Armando gladly picked up the water heater that I wanted and then he came right back, installed it and left. He left my garage clean and neat. He was done in a couple of hours. He and his associate were so respectful and considerate. I couldn't believe it.

Thanks to Caliber I had hot water within another 45 mins. My dad... 90+ was so happy to get a hot shower.

Aramando was great, he replaced a main valve for us. He was very professional and did a quality job. Easy communication (I texted photos of the broken valve, he promptly texted an estimate). Very happy with the work! I definitely would use Caliber One Plumbing in the future.

Armando was a pleasure to work with. I contacted him last night, texted some pictures and he knew exactly what needed to be done. He came out this morning and was done replacing our Honeywell control valve for our water heater in less than 30 minutes. Reasonable rate, friendly and professional service. He took a few minutes to explain all the steps for the repair and how to properly maintain the system. He even installed a sediment trap, which the original installer failed to do. I definitely will call him in the future.
