I worked with Simon for a sewer line inspection, and he was great! He went out of his way to work around my schedule, was professional, friendly, and an expert on codes / the plumbing questions we asked. My experience with Cali Rooter/Plumbing was seamless and effortless. I set up a last minute appointment last night and they were able to accomodate my plumbing needs the following morning. The technician, Chris, arrived at my home this morning on time, and was knowledgeable and cordial during the time spent with my plumbing/leak needs. He answered every question I had and made sure to point out plumbing issues that I needed to be aware of. I appreciate the time he spent and am much more comfortable now with the integrity of my plumbing system with the work he performed. I will continue to use Cali Rooter/Plumbing for all my needs, as they are the best I've had the pleasure to deal with in many years. And no price gouging or unnecessary repair recommendations; I was very satisfied with Chris' honesty and charge for the work performed.
