Chris from Cali Rooter was very helpful. He replaced my broken garbage disposal and unclogged the line. But instead of snaking it which would cost me more money, he tried other methods to unclog it which didn't cost me extra. He was also very knowledgeable and answered my questions and gave me important tips on how to maintain my plumbing.

The company also managed to squeeze me a last minute same day appointment during their fully booked Monday schedules. I really appreciate it!

We thought we had an issue with our plumbing but when John arrived he inspected everything and told us no problems were present. Even though we wasted part of his day he didn't charge us for the visit which is what most companies would do. I thought that was really nice of them. It's difficult to find companies with great customer service these days so that was truly a breath of fresh air. I definitely plan on calling them in the future for all of our plumbing needs!
