Calhoun Services began in Fort Collins, CO in 2010 as a property maintenance company. Throughout the years, the owner, Tyler, grew the company and branched into different trades including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and irrigation. Following nearly a decade of achievement in Colorado, Tyler relocated the company to Myrtle Beach in 2018. Even though the operation has moved, the fundamentals have continued the same: Honesty, Reliability, Consistency.

Tyler Calhoun started his path in the home services industry nearly 15 years ago as a facility upkeep technician for several apartment complexes. Though most of the work was routine, this foundation equipped Tyler with the skillset to gain more about the field and accomplish increasingly complex jobs and excel in different trades. Following several years of property maintenance and finishing high school, Tyler opted to embark on a new chapter as a business owner.
