Calhoun Services started in Fort Collins, CO in 2010 as a facility management company. Over the years, the proprietor, Tyler, expanded the operation and branched into multiple trades including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and irrigation. After nearly a decade of success in Colorado, Tyler transferred the business to Myrtle Beach in 2018. Even though the operation has shifted, the fundamentals have continued the same: Integrity, Reliability, Consistency.

Tyler Calhoun began his path in the home services field nearly 15 years ago as a facility upkeep technician for various apartment complexes. Although most of the work was standard, this foundation provided Tyler with the skillset to explore more about the industry and accomplish increasingly difficult jobs and master different trades. Following several years of property maintenance and graduating high school, Tyler opted to begin a new chapter as a business owner.
