Calhoun Services started in Fort Collins, CO in 2010 as a facility management company. Throughout the years, the founder, Tyler, developed the business and diversified into multiple trades including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and irrigation. Upon nearly a decade of success in Colorado, Tyler transferred the company to Myrtle Beach in 2018. While the operation has relocated, the principles have continued the same: Transparency, Reliability, Reliability.

Tyler Calhoun embarked on his path in the home services field nearly 15 years ago as a home repair technician for various apartment complexes. Though most of the work was routine, this background provided Tyler with the expertise to explore more about the field and handle increasingly complex jobs and become proficient in different trades. Following several years of property maintenance and completing high school, Tyler decided to start a new journey as a company leader.
