Calhoun Services was founded in Fort Collins, CO in 2010 as a property maintenance company. Over the years, the owner, Tyler, expanded the operation and ventured into multiple trades including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and irrigation. After nearly a decade of success in Colorado, Tyler transferred the business to Myrtle Beach in 2018. Although the company has shifted, the principles have continued the same: Honesty, Reliability, Dependability.

Tyler Calhoun began his journey in the home services industry nearly 15 years ago as a home repair technician for various apartment complexes. Although most of the work was standard, this foundation equipped Tyler with the skillset to explore more about the field and handle increasingly difficult jobs and become proficient in different trades. Following several years of property maintenance and completing high school, Tyler opted to start a new chapter as a entrepreneur.
