Calhoun Services started in Fort Collins, CO in 2010 as a facility management company. Over the years, the owner, Tyler, expanded the business and ventured into various trades including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and irrigation. Following nearly a decade of achievement in Colorado, Tyler moved the company to Myrtle Beach in 2018. Although the business has relocated, the fundamentals have stayed the same: Transparency, Reliability, Consistency.

Tyler Calhoun started his path in the home services field nearly 15 years ago as a property maintenance technician for various apartment complexes. Although most of the work was routine, this background prepared Tyler with the knowledge to learn more about the trade and tackle increasingly complex jobs and master different trades. Upon several years of property maintenance and graduating high school, Tyler chose to start a new chapter as a business owner.
