Rayna B.I was referred to him by a family member. I texted him and he didn't respond in 6 hours so I called him. He said ""I don't pay attention to text, I'm too busy."" At the end of the conversation he agrees to come and look at the project and says, ""text me your address."" He keeps getting the address wrong, but gets there eventually. He promises to do the project the following Tuesday and never shows or calls to say he can't do it. He claims vehicle trouble and never reaches out to me afterwards.
