Company Overview

We specializes in heating solutions and service, however we also provide comprehensive plumbing services such as drain cleaning and renovation in kitchens and bathrooms. Moreover, we handle new heating systems for both oil and gas as well as gas conversions from oil which includes the removal of oil tanks. We’ve transformed many houses in which we found a steam system and changed the first-floor heating to forced hot water and set up monoflow systems to differentiate the heating expenses. Occasionally leave the old steam boiler if it’s operational, or we swap out both boilers to gas systems. This conversion is straightforward for us provided you have gas meters installed for each unit. Please text my mobile with your address and name and if possible, send pictures so I can offer suggestions.

The founder established the company in 1976, and I became licensed at 19 years old. I took charge in the year 1996. I operate out of Everett in my hometown, and I love working within my community. I have a passion for helping others and am known for solving problems that others find difficult. Please call me and allow us to help you with your home and business mechanical needs.

I have participated in my family’s heating business since I was 8 years old, was licensed at 19 years old, and have completed various trade classes to achieve certification in refrigeration, my oil burner license, and my plumbing license. I have pursued training to assist me in getting the construction supervisor license, which I aim to obtain in the next year or two.

They may give you a decent price, but I had some basic issues. After installing an electric water heater to a 4th floor apartment, Paul neglected to test it. I fortunately visited the house the next afternoon. I came home to a major leak and flood in my basement. That meant 2 other water heaters were now wet at the bottom. P. Pushes the water around to dry. No fan. I had to run to the store to get another shut off. He ended up finding one he liked better in his truck and proceeded to repipe it properly, admitting he didn't pipe it right the first time around. His assistant, who was standing around, helped me get a tank bolt off the toilet in that apartment and he screwed the new bolts back on (very small job) I was surprised that Paul wanted money for that after causing me and my tenants a lot of grief because of ineptitude. The job cost 1000 for a 30 gal tank.
