Came home from vacation to a broken water pipe. Calello arrived, on time, located and repaired broken pipe quickly and efficiently. Also repaired toilet that was flooding my bathroom. Pricing was reasonable, Plumber was clean and personable, knowledgeable and thorough. I can't say enough good things about this company.

Just had one of their guys come out and change the element. Just one element: $225.00 Of course they use the cheapest product. Expensive but it was done. Of course after he leaves I realize the tank is pumping wanter out via the relief valve. Which not sure why not on the same visit. I call and you guess it $$$$$$$ another $150. Not this time!, paid $11 and took me a whole 5 min to replace. Mind you this is a very small water heater. Which the sencond guy told me """"yes needs to be replaced"""" before getting to my place. And of course $$$$$$$ So I asked the original guy, hey can you take a look a the delta shower valve cause it's lose,l. He start using a drill to remove, im like what the heck? figure he has a plumbers technique. Nope could not do it. A """"plumber"""" who can't tighten a standard delta faucet. I think allen wrenches must have gone into hiding. Did that myself as well.

We called Calello Plumbing Monday morning because our garbage disposal had broken over the weekend. Also, our dishwasher was backing up and had an awful smell. We knew this would be a big expense .... 2 appliances broken, along with service fees. Mark came out, immediately diagnosed the problem and fixed it in less than 15 minutes. Mark honestly told us that neither appliance was broken and we were charged a very reasonable fee. We will definately continue to use Calello Plumbing and will highly recommend to our friends.

After a year long struggle with a plumbing issue we originally thought we had under control, my wife and I reached out to a local plumbing company to get to the bottom of the issue. We contacted Alex with Calello Plumbing and we could not be happier! The last time our issue reappeared, Alex more than happily snaked every pipe in our house to find the issue. I should also mention that even though the sun had already gone down at this point, Alex worked hard and did everything he could in the limited light. After a couple hours of exhaustive work, he informed us that he could not find the issue, and would not charge us because of that. He told us he would be back the next morning with more equipment to find the source of the problem. Early the very next morning, Alex showed up ready to get to the bottom of things. After a few more extensive hours of work with more equipment, he regrettably informed us that we had tree roots in our pipes somewhere along the line. He got us in touch with a sister company they work with which ran a camera cable through our pipes to find the source of the issue. After that the roots were found, Alex was back out to our house again to fix the problem. I should also mention that this all took place over the holidays, and Alex still treated all of this as an emergency, focusing all of his attention on the matter. I cannot commend enough how professional, courteous, expedient and meticulous Alex's work was - he, along with Calello Plumbing, are a true class act. With fast and thorough service, at an amazing price, I cannot recommend Calello Plumbing enough! I will certainly be reaching out to them the next time we have an emergency plumbing issue!
