I submitted a request for a plumber through Yelp's hire a contractor feature of the app and it routed my request to Caleb Service. Alexis promptly responded and gave me pricing for my hot water heater replacement. Alexis was so friendly and prompt with his responses and was very courteous. Alexis also followed up regarding permitting questions with the city we live in and followed up with me in a timely manner on this as well. We ended up going with another plumber but Alexis truly deserves major kudos for his customer service and professionalism. I saved his contact information and will reach out to him the next time I need a plumber.

Ever heard of the saying """"Jack of All Trades....."""" well Alexis is a Jack of All Trades but he has mastered them all. I needed a dishwasher and garbage disposal retrofitted into my existing kitchen. This would be no easy task as provisions for a dishwasher weren't present. Alexis had to remove the existing cabinet, run new electrical and run new plumbing. This was a huge project and he was the only handyman to respond via Yelp. Alexis arrived promptly the day of install and began to work. He is well versed in electrical, and plumbing knowledge. Any question asked, he thoroughly responded to. I highly recommend Alexis as a handyman. Will definitely be doing more business with him in the future.

We agreed to start the work in the morning on Friday. I took the day off work in preparation for the work. He never showed up that morning as discussed. After waiting for him the whole day he finally sends me a text message at 3:30 pm to say that he wasn't coming due to a situation that came up. I gave him the benefit of doubt and called him and we agreed for him to start the work the next day Saturday at 9:30am. On Saturday he sends a text message that he can't make it until 10:00am. He finally showed up at 11:30am. I wasn't home! If this company can't value my time. Why should I value theirs. ***No checks. Cash only.
