Alexis with Caleb Service was prompt to come out & find my leak. He continued checking on me as I worked thru the mold remediation. He did a great job hooking up my new vanity and toilet at a cost lower than other quotes. I was a little disappointed that he left the job dirty with garbage throughout, but overall, he did a good job.

Alexis was great. He responded to me on a Sunday afternoon for my leaky tank water heater and was ready to replace it the next day. His work was excellent and he was kind and patient. His price was very reasonable and he even disposed of the old water heater for me. 5 stars all the way.

Very friendly and responsive but unprepared and lacks experience. A quick fix turned into 8 hours. Again super nice guy but had to go to get supplies three times. The job was finished but looks like something I could have done. Definitely not worth the cost and I have to add protection to the pipe because of the new mod he did. Again super nice guy but very amateur work. Ill let the pictures of the before and after and then after .

Alexis came out to inspect the bathtub and as soon as learned I'll need a written estimate he ran off and vanished into thin air. Strange and rather not reputable business practice. Word of advice: if you don't want to do the job just tell me and don't hide or waste my time.
