Wow! George is amazing. When our toilet was broken 6 months ago, he came out quickly and did a repair very fast, supplying all the parts himself. Today, our hot water heater was not working (on a Sunday) and he returned the call even though he was out of town at the beach. He stepped my husband through the steps necessary to reset the hot water heater and now it works! What a guy! We are so glad that we are able to work with him.

Yes, there are many capable plumbers out there, but besides being able to quickly diagnose and fix problems (in my case, it was a non-flushing toilet due to a clogged ejector pump), George stands out because he's a genuinely nice human being not out to just make a quick buck. You can tell that he really enjoys helping people out. The only downside is that I think his schedule is packed because he's so great at what he does!

This plumber was amazing! He's the best contractor I ever had! He came in and identified the water leak and fixed it in 10 minutes. And he didn't charge me. Who does that? George sent two guys who cleared our stopped-up commode but took away a riser seat that I was using. I'm disabled and can't get up without that extra three inches of height. His advice: his guys didn't take it away - just look around for it. Now I gotta use a john on another level until I can order a new one. Maybe someone else will discover where my old one went. Conclusion: George good, his team notso hot.
