When I had issues with the well pump, I called the Cal-Tech team. They came out very quickly, assessed the problem, provided worst case scenario estimates and next steps on fixing the problem. They were able to come out a few days later, pulled out the pump and determined that it was worn out. Luckily, they had a new pump in store, so it was replaced the same day. They were very methodical and attentive to every part of the system. They reviewed all the components and assessed their state, assembling them with longevity and ever wear in mind.

I peppered Scott and Joe with questions, and they patiently answered all the questions every step of the way. They educated me about all parts of the well pump and the best way I can keep an eye on it in the future.

I appreciated not just the prompt response, but also the attention to detail in their work and willingness to educate their clients. I would definitely hire them again.

There is no greater authority when it comes to water, pumps and filtration. I was referred to Scott Brown by pump company in the phone book. I was a first time well owner and I needed an evaluation of my equipment. Scott came right out the next morning and taught me all I needed to know to monitor my pump and know when it is time to worry. Despite it's age (20 years) he did not try to get me to buy new equipment and he gave me the good old...""if it ain't broke...."". He answered all my questions, and wrote down the information about my pumps energy use and made me feel like a valued customer even though it was just a ""look-see"".
