Mischa R.We had an issue with a gas leak inside our condo unit. Cal-Sag sent to technicians (at an outrages service charge of over $230 which is more than twice what other companies are charging) which spent about an hour to figure out where the leak was coming from and once they were done they claimed ""100% certainty"" that the problem was with the water heater.
Luckily we did get a second opinion and it turned out that all that needed to be done is to replace an elbow joint on the gas line. I just feel that they were not really interested in fixing the problem but rather just selling us a new water heater. Particularly, they were pushing tankless water heaters which, according to my research, have quite a few problems.
In short, very nice guys but be wary what they tell you that the problem is. It seems they are more interested in pushing services and products rather than fixing your problems
