Needed to replace a leaking 10 year old gas water heater, thru Yelp I got Ben's quote quickly on exact price, and that was a very reasonable price. On the same day, Ben was able to install the new water heater, a fast and clean job. Since I was out of town, Ben sent me the bill and a full view picture of the new unit over the phone, really appreciate Ben's professional work. I am sure I will have the need for plumbing work in the future, Ben will be my first one to call?Thank you Ben!

Due to a major leak, we had to remodel our bathroom, and replaced it with a duel shower rather than shower and bath. Ben was fantastic in helping us get there with the plugin and setting up the fixtures. His workmanship is top notch, and we could not be any happier. I almost always choose the smaller independent contractor because I know that I'm getting a real plumber, not an apprentice like you get with most larger companies. I emailed Ben through Yelp and he responded within 30 minutes with a quote on replacing our toilet. The price was fair and he could make do it the next day which was a condition I had set. Ben showed up in the time frame he stated and replaced the toilet. He did a great job and I will definitely call him again for my plumbing needs.

Their response time was excellent, I called and left a message and within 30 minutes Ben returned the call. He said he would be over in an hour and he was. He checked out the problem and said he didn't have a tool that he needed to repair the problem and needed to go to the store to get it and would return shortly. To no avail did he return nor did he call to say he wasn't going to return.

Ben is very approachable and friendly. He returned our call in a timely manner and came to the house on time to give us an estimate on replacing our water heater. He explained everything he was going to do and suggested changing out an old gas line, which showed his attention to detail. He gave us an excellent price quote. We called him back to do the job and he was able to complete the job the same day . He left the area as clean as it was before he came. We are already considering calling him back for our next project.
