Worst ever . This company was assigned by First American. The plumber came out and wouldn't even look for the leak in my crawlspace. He told me I needed to pay for a water restoration company first , so I contacted several water restoration companies thinking the plumber was actually going to do his job. Multiple companies stated there was no water in the crawl space and have a plumber fix the leak to continue. Cal home would not send the plumber back out to complete the job, and to top it off, the receptionist was very rude. They just left me hanging. I'm even considering changing home warranty companies due to this.

If I could select zero stars I would. First, they are very hard to get in touch with. I have to leave voicemails and hopefully they call back. Second, we had an appointment today with a window of 12-4 and it's almost 4:30 right now, no one has called nor shown up. I'm currently on hold trying to find out what happened. Like many people First American Home Warranty referred them to us for a service call... will update when I find out what happened...

These guys are a joke. Instead of replacing a safety switch they cut the wires and bypassed the safety. I found it a few months later.(since it didn't make I had to double check their work) gas company came out and red tagged my water heater. Worst company every. First American home warranty should be ashamed of themselves for hiring this company. They won't even admit their fault and they are pointing the finger at me or the second vendor as the problem.

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE HORRIBLE!

I would give zero stars if possible. As many others, assigned by American Home warranty. They NEVER show up and they NEVER return calls. When they did show up they said they fixed the issue, they didn't. Then they never came back! Terrible

Prompt service on schedule. Plumber (Adam) very nice, polite, and knowledgeable. Work completed in a timely manner. I was very satisified with this company. First American set me up with this company after I wasted 10 days with Drainco plumbing which they had first set me up with. Cal Home did the job...thank you!

Whoever answers the phone here is TERRIBLE! SHE IS THE rudest person I have ever spoke with. First these people ignore calls, they never pick up when we call but as soon as you call from a blocked number they surely pick up. The plumber came out to our home and left without saying a word, did not fix anything! The dude couldn't even answer a few basic plumbing questions, he kept saying, OH I don't know, I am not sure. WTH is that!
After a week of waiting for someone to call us back and show back up ti fix our shower that wasnt working, we went through another plumber! This place is a shit show and I would never ever ever in my life suggest them.

Worst company ever. Was sent out by First American Home Warranty it has almost been a month and no resolution. Very very disappointed. Our plumbing problem is getting worse.

So like mostly everyone else here who made a review, First American home warranty called them out to my place to fix a leak with my toilet. Adam came out and ""fixed it."" I only realized later that he actually cracked my toilet and caused even worse leaking. He came out the next day to just replace the toilet entirely but he brought the wrong one and bashed a hole into my wall and also cracked the mirror on my wall. I am now on hold for 2 hours with First American to find out why its been more than a week that they havn't reached out to me to let me when they will be returning to fix all the problems they've caused.

The receptionist is rude and they do not follow up with you whatsoever.

Still no complain about the plumber.
unfortunately, our toilet pipe still leaks water. Whoever takes care of scheduling and taking calls either really needs help or really needs to find another job. Cause there is no way you can reach anyone through their number and no matter how many messages you left, no one calls back...
