An amazing experience! Responded quickly, came by to assess my issue (water heater went out), determined that it could be covered under manufacturer's warranty (saving me $500), got parts and fixed the heater in a few hours. Ramon and his apprentice were very polite, everything was explained thoroughly and we ended up only paying for labor. Would absolutely use them again, and I've already recommended them to our neighbors!

We needed a replacement for the faucets in our kitchen sink. We have a very old home, & some of the pipes needed replacing also.

Luckily Cairo Plumbing was recommended to us. Just a wonderful experience altogether. Ramon & his apprentice showed up on time, had sent me several styles of faucets the day before for me to choose from, and everything was done beautifully in 90 minutes.

Explained everything, and was reasonable. We will be using him in the future for any plumbing problems for sure.
