I called my regular oil company with whom I had a contract for scheduled oil deliveries and a prepaid contract. On the coldest weekend of the year Friday (January 5) I was told they could not deliver until Sunday (January 7). This was of course was unacceptable to me so I went in search of a company who could perform and deliver oil. (another story)

I live in Lynnfield and I called Cain Oil Company, I told them I was not a regular customer, but that I was in a desperate need of oil as my tank was empty. They were amazing! They had a delivery within two hours, primed my tanks and were kind both on the phone and in person. This company gets rave reviews from me...truly an unsung hero! Had Cain Oil install a New Biasi boiler, with the all new pecs. Amazing how efficient the system is. I recommend Cain and Biasi to anyone looking to replace their boilers. Oil, or Gas. The technicians were quick, great to my every annoying quirks, and ocd ways.
They were back every year to clean it, which was always quick because the Biasi's
are so great. Give them a call. Highly recommend Cain

I hired Cain Oil to replace my oil line and clean and tune my furnace. 20 minutes after completing the oil line I found their technician putting his tools back in his truck. I asked if he had cleaned the furnace and he said that he had. A few weeks later I had no heat. I called a different company and they inspected my furnace and said it had not been cleaned ""for years"". They then spent 4 hours disassembling and cleaning the furnace. When I called Cain's to complain that I had been charged for a cleaning that wasn't done they refused to discuss the matter with me or to refund any money. I'd recommend using someone else.

Called them on a sunday had no hot water . they called back and sent a service guy out later in the day fix the problem. Was very happy with there service. And happy to be taking a shower with hot water!!!
