Sorry for the lengthy review, but I cannot say or share enough good things about Ken... quick to call back, professional, knowledgeable, willing to explain and share information, efficient and focused on getting the job done right.
The PEX under our house came under attack from rodents, forcing us to turn off the water to our house. It was clear that DIY was beyond both my skills and desires, so I jumped online and called literally every number I could find. Ken was the only person who would come quickly; many gave a timeframe of a week (or more), never called back, or just told me NO.
Ken arrived when he said he would, was courteous and gracious with explanations and sharing information, and got the job done quicker than I would have thought possible. Sadly, our lines were chewed through TWO MORE times over the stretch of 10 days across the Holidays. In each instance, Ken called me back quickly, came out when he said he would, and solved the issue faster than I would have estimated.
Ken will always be my first call moving forward for any plumbing needs, and I will be sure to recommend Ken as often as possible.

Ken Caico was awesome! I had a broken pipe in my backyard. Water was gushing out everywhere.He was over here in no time. He had to leave to get the part but he was literally right back at my house. I had 2 leaks on 2 of my backyard faucets and he fixed them. He did all this in just barely over an hour. He knows what he's doing I could see. I will definitely be using him if I have any other plumbing issues. Yes I definitely recommend him!! He is a very nice man and he made sure he had his face mask on. Thank you Ken

Ever have one of those days when inanimate objects fight back? Well, Ken did at our old house installing a replacement tankless water heater outside and replacing the kitchen faucet. He found fittings that were different sizes, lengths of tubing were wrong and on top of that he sustained two bloody cuts on his fingers. But Ken pushed through, and finished the jobs with precision and professionalism, and a good sense of humor. It was a long day for Ken, lol. Everything he repaired now works perfectly! We will certainly call him again for our plumbing needs. We highly recommend Ken Caico Plumbing.

I was in need of a plumber, so I picked the highest rated service on Yelp...apparently that was a mistake. I left 2 messages for Caico's plumbing (I gave the benefit of the doubt after my first call wasn't returned), never received a call back. Needless to say I went elsewhere, and will continue to do so from now on.

I realized I haven't left a review for Ken for awhile even though he is always there when we need him. Ken is a great plumber, a very honest man, and a kind person. It's been years since the first time I needed Ken for a plumbing issue and I've never gone to anyone else since. I found a moisture line along my home and needed someone to help. I found Ken on Yelp and am absolutely thrilled I called him. He came over and identified the issue quickly. He replaced my old water heater and solved our problems. Aside from being capable and efficient, he was kind and friendly.
