Ever have one of those days when inanimate objects fight back? Well, Ken did at our old house installing a replacement tankless water heater outside and replacing the kitchen faucet. He found fittings that were different sizes, lengths of tubing were wrong and on top of that he sustained two bloody cuts on his fingers. But Ken pushed through, and finished the jobs with precision and professionalism, and a good sense of humor. It was a long day for Ken, lol. Everything he repaired now works perfectly! We will certainly call him again for our plumbing needs. We highly recommend Ken Caico Plumbing.

I was in need of a plumber, so I picked the highest rated service on Yelp...apparently that was a mistake. I left 2 messages for Caico's plumbing (I gave the benefit of the doubt after my first call wasn't returned), never received a call back. Needless to say I went elsewhere, and will continue to do so from now on.

I realized I haven't left a review for Ken for awhile even though he is always there when we need him. Ken is a great plumber, a very honest man, and a kind person. It's been years since the first time I needed Ken for a plumbing issue and I've never gone to anyone else since. He replaced my old water heater and solved our problems. Aside from being capable and efficient, he was kind and friendly. Just got ripped off by Ken. I have a place in Westport. I called him Anne discussed the scope of what I wanted done. He said he would be able to help me, but I would have to pay him $85.00 to look at and for him to give me a bid. I agreed to pay him the $85.00. He came over here on his way to Las Vegas. Spent a half hour talking to me about what I wanted done. He said he'd give me a bid when he got back from his trip. I thanked him, paid him the $85.00. He cashed the check right away. Today he sent me a message saying he cannot do the job, did not give me a bid as he said he would and told me to find someone else. Be careful with this smooth talker. Find someone else. Don't waste your time and money with him
