We knew for the past few years that our septic tank has roots. When bathtub and washing machine use resulted in rinse water on the floor in the basement we knew it was time to get drain help. Zoom Drain was recommended by another company who did not have adequate equipment based on my drainage description. I phoned Zoom on a Friday around 2pm. She could book me for 8am Monday then saw that a technician 45 minutes away had completed a job. The Zoom team arrived around 3pm and before 5pm a clog was cleared, D box found, pipes examined and my questions were answered. Tristan and Joe worked well together, were polite and courteous, patient with finding the lids of the tank, and efficient in clearing the clog. When we presented them with the drawing of the septic they gave measurements for where the D box is for ease in the future. All in all I'm very satisfied with their work and clean up of the service call.

The best. Unknown blockage in septic took some effort to find. And did so without releasing sewage into house or anywhere else. Super knowledgeable, personable technician. Came out instantly on a Saturday night. Expensive but worth it.
