This was by far the absolute worst experience that I have ever had with any company. The plumber came out for a shower that was not draining. I am on septic and let them know that my septic was just pumped in July. However they wanted to check anyways. After checking under the baffle inspection, I was advised by the plumber that my septic tanks were full and needed to be pumped. I contacted a septic company they came out first thing the next morning and checked my septic tanks, they were not full and ironically enough was able to pull out a huge clog of toilet paper from the baffle. He advised this is something that the plumbers do but since we just had one out the day before and they did told us the wrong information he would happily fix the problem for us. My husband called Riley Cahill (the manger) the next day to try to talk to him about the situation and try to find out why we were charged so much since there was not an itemized receipt. Riley proceeded to get very defense and angry and HUNG UP on my husband. He then called back left a message that saying he will check with his plumbers on Monday and get back to us. Monday morning I called Riley Cahill to have a conversation of what went wrong and how we will remedy the situation. He proceeded to once again get very upset, raise his voice and was insanely disrespectful (telling me to be quiet and stop talking). Then hung up on me as well. After that he called back to tell me I was wrong, and hung up on me again. I told him during the conversation that I was going to warn anyone I could not to use this company through reviews, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Cahill's Plumbing relocated and installed a new water heater in my home. They were very responsive, reliable and informative. I cannot recommend them more highly.

These guys are honest hard workers. Our rental
seems to be coming up on season in its life that it needs some maintenance and repairs, and we use Cahill for anything that comes up. Leaking toilets, slow draining sinks and tubs--they've taken care of it all, and always wear masks and keep our space tidy (and are very nice to my dog).

Today they came out for a mystery leak. They figured out the problem, took care of it, and then told us they weren't going to charge for their work today because they had been out before and think they should have caught it earlier. It's refreshing that that's how they approach their customers and their business. We're sticking with them.

Last night the kitchen sink backed up. After trying boiling water, then plunging this morning, I decided it was time to call in the professionals. I found Cahill's Plumbing website, called, and within 30 minutes two polite and friendly guys were at my house, masks on.

Well, there were a few issues to resolve, including some sub-par pipes under the sink. But they rooted out the problem, showed me how I could solve the problem myself in the future, and were on their way within about an hour. The amount they charged seemed reasonable. I'd definitely call these guys again first for future plumbing needs.

This was the second time that I have used Cahill's. This visit involved some rather major plumbing fixes. Harry and Jason came assessed the situation at their scheduled time. They established the needs and set a time to complete the project. They arrived on time, were very professional and friendly, and did a superb job of completing my jobs in one visit. They took care of every detail and did a few things that weren't even on the original list. They will always be my plumber for life. I would recommend them to anyone needing a plumber.

Cahill plumbing charged $726 to replace a garbage disposal - somehow, it took 2 people charging 2 hours of labor - $400 in total, when installing a garbage disposal.

They are padding their time by sending people to watch or train another plumber, and charging you for both.

Very overpriced, would not recommend.

Just wow! Excellent communication and excellent quick work for a replacement water heater over a holiday weekend. To top it off,one of my pet peeves about companies is that they don't clean up after themselves. Not only did they clean up but they helped clean up the mess from the leaky water heater which was not within their scope! Thanks to Russell for the prompt quote and Jason and Harry for quick, excellent and professional work. We will definitely be calling them again in the future for our plumbing needs

Of all days to get a leak in our plumbing, Christmas was the one. We could hear the leak in our upper floor, but water was coming out on our lower floor. Luckily, we caught it in time and shut off water to our house so no damage was done. Hoping for the best, we waited until Dec. 26, a Saturday, to call Cahill. They were at our house within an hour and had the leak fixed in another hour. Price was reasonable and we were more than impressed with the guy that came out to help us. Thank you, Cahill's!

Arrived the same day as we called, at exactly the time they had stated. Jason and Harry were masked and with shoe coverings and were courteous and friendly. Installed a new kitchen faucet and checked the drain all while explaining everything. Could not have had a better experience, and would use them again in a heartbeat!

This company called us within hours after we placed a service call through our insurance. They came quickly and was professional. It was for a rental. Justin and Dave? were courteous and took off their boots and had masks on.
