Cahill's Plumbing is professional, responsive, and easy to work with. Russell was prompt when scheduling my appointment and Jason and Harry were both kind and informative as we worked through the issue at my home. Cahill's prices are more than fair; I will use Cahill's for all my future plumbing needs.

I called on a Tuesday morning and spoke to Russell Cahill about a bathtub drain problem. He said someone would come the next day at 7:30 AM. Austin and Tanner showed up on time Wednesday morning, cleared the line and cleaned up by 9:30. They were polite, friendly, professional , and answered all my questions. I'll definitely call Cahill's for any future plumbing issues!

Anytime I've called Russ answers the phone right away. They've always had someone out at our house within a couple of hours to help with our plumbing needs. We've used them several times now and always had a good experience. If you want a good experience in a bad plumbing situation call these guys. They have always thoroughly gone over the work that they completed when the job is done.

I found this company from a mom's Facebook group, where these dudes were raved about. After 4 really expensive quotes from Yelp bidders, I gave Cahill's a call. I might not get a ""track your contractor arrival"" app with this company, but so what. The quote was a third of the cost of the highest bidder and Cahill's dudes figured out a far less invasive approach to getting a new waterline connected for a frig. My only criticism (and it's minor considering the awesome experience) is one or both plumbers were smokers, but there was zero lingering smell when they left... unlike one of the others bidders, who reaked and lysol didn't even help. Ugh. I will be calling these dudes from now on!

Last year Cahill plumbing gave me a discounted rate to reinstall a water heater that I had paid the friend of a friend to install (incorrectly). So when I moved, they were the company I called to replace my water heater. They scheduled me for the next day and Russell (the owner) patiently responded to several texts regarding my research on the most highly rated water heaters. Ultimately his advice was right on, Blackford White RE 250 or 350 were the best choice for me. (Read actual consumer reviews about Rheem- they are not reliable.) Steve and his son arrived on time and triumphed over the obstacle course that housed my water heater. They provided a metal platform with legs that they set the new heater on with a heavy plastic tray under it. My old one sat on a piece of sheetrock on the concrete garage floor. They also replaced a connection that was leaking... and without my researching and requesting either upgrade :). After installation Steve answered more questions- he knows everything about how water heaters function and why some features are better than others. He showed me how to reset the temperature and how to tell when/if the pressure bulb is failing. The price was more than competitive. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

I can't recommend Cahill Plumbing highly enough. They charge fairly, know their trade and can easily troubleshoot, and prioritize customers based on need of the job. We have a complicated hydronic heating system that most plumbers in the area wouldn't touch. Steve and Russell came out on a snowy day (they had to park two blocks away due to the hill/ice), as we had no heat or hot water. They came up with a temporary solution so we could get heat right away, and then came back the next week with a permanent fix. I was impressed by their professionalism and am sold on having found the best plumber in the region.

This is the second time that I've had the misfortune of needing a plumber in the same year. After being so impressed with the quality, timeliness and clarity of communication with these guys I had to write about them. They had already had a very long day for them, but they still managed to fit me into a full schedule, address all my issues and explain everything enough to completely raise my confidence. Both my kitchen sink and my upstairs toilet had issues, and after a huge insurance repair from earlier this year, I just wouldn't take any chances. They are experts and worth every dollar. I am a very satisfied repeat customer.

Had a plugged drain this morning and called Cahill's. By one PM the same day, Austin came into our home and cleared the system. He was polite, businesslike and completed the repair in approximately an hour.
Like clockwork and now my sink and system is back to normal.

Requested a service. After i sent the video of my showerhead, they just ignored my message. They did not reply me or give me an answer. It is so rude.

This was by far the absolute worst experience that I have ever had with any company. The plumber came out for a shower that was not draining. I am on septic and let them know that my septic was just pumped in July. However they wanted to check anyways. After checking under the baffle inspection, I was advised by the plumber that my septic tanks were full and needed to be pumped. I contacted a septic company they came out first thing the next morning and checked my septic tanks, they were not full and ironically enough was able to pull out a huge clog of toilet paper from the baffle. He advised this is something that the plumbers do but since we just had one out the day before and they did told us the wrong information he would happily fix the problem for us. My husband called Riley Cahill (the manger) the next day to try to talk to him about the situation and try to find out why we were charged so much since there was not an itemized receipt. Riley proceeded to get very defense and angry and HUNG UP on my husband. He then called back left a message that saying he will check with his plumbers on Monday and get back to us. Monday morning I called Riley Cahill to have a conversation of what went wrong and how we will remedy the situation. He proceeded to once again get very upset, raise his voice and was insanely disrespectful (telling me to be quiet and stop talking). Then hung up on me as well. After that he called back to tell me I was wrong, and hung up on me again. I told him during the conversation that I was going to warn anyone I could not to use this company through reviews, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
