Bought a big deal on Angie's List for $39 for a service call with $100 credit towards repairs. Had a toilet clogged by a shower hook that someone accidentally flushed. Jan was able to work me in next day instead if my having to wait till Monday's appointment. He booked my appointment via text which was super convenient.
