I paid $600 to pump out 2 small tanks. They only pumped a bit of the amount and they did not make a radiation. They never put chemicals, which was included in the $600 bill. I spoke with the person in charge and he was supposed to come today. He never showed up and called 3 times, and he never answered. My cespool still looks full as before. They said there was no room in their truck but that isn't my fault, I was paying for their service to be done properly. I wasted my money and time with this company, I do not recommend their service.

Nice people but everything with them is a up selling Scam Not worth it. Called and emailed for pricin. The owner quoted $750 on the phon. Driver shows up and says ohhhh this is extra. everything was opened and ready. But everything the owner said was a waste of time. They say aeration and 2 cans of acid then no aeration and $150 extra for the second can Of acid. Left the system 1/2 full. Best not to waste your time like I did.

Rick and his team are phenomenal! They were the only group to successfully locate our cesspool (we had at least 5 companies try) and within the first 15 minutes, no less. They are fairly priced and honest, solid people to work with. I look forward to having them continue to service our cesspool!

I just used Cadian Sewer and Drain company (631) 456-8602 from a friend's recommendation and I am totally satisfied. They drained and solved my septic system problems- were incredibly neat and courteous. The owner Rich-always returned my phone calls immediately. I had to schedule 2 separate days for the work and they accommodated my schedule. If you can ask for JOSE - he was great. The septic truck was immaculate and everything was cleaned up perfectly. For inside the house work they had show coverings and wore masks. They arrived on time and told me in advance that had to be done. Price was very fair and competitive. I give them 5 stars without hesitation

The owner Rick came out to pump our cesspool. Prices are not the cheapest. He was a little arrogant when I asked simple questions about the job. As if i was annoying him or something. Very poor customer service! Wouldn't recommend them. Dont want to deal with his sh** again.

Can't say enough about how good they are. I've used them 3 times so far and have been very satisfied every time. They are honest and professional. Today I was exceptionally impressed with their professionalism. They always do a neat and clean job and the owner is an absolute gentleman.

2 days (on Sunday)before Christmas, we needed our cesspools drained and the pipe to our house snaked. We called Rick Caiden who was referred by ""Order a Plumber"". They came 3 hours later, and did the job. The price was fair. I want to say thank-you so much for working the weekend before Christmas, and for being so professional , and solving the problem! I will definitely use you again!

Cadien has been pumping my cesspool for the past 6 years! Unfortunately for me my pool fills up very quick, usually every 6 months I have them come. Rick and his employees have come out in the coldest winter weather to the most rainiest of days. Honest and very professional! Prices are fair, and I would never use anyone else.
