My experience with this company was horrible. I contacted them via text with questions regarding whether they could handle my move, since I wasn't getting a truck or anything and Harriet replied stating it was no problem. I booked with them and didn't receive any confirmation. I emailed to ensure that I did have one and Harriet replied that I did. On the day of the move only 2 of the 3 movers showed up (my job required 3 due to the weight of the furniture). They also stated I had to supply hand trucks. They contacted the company that stated Harriet's reply to me was miscommunication and the confirmation I never received stated I had to have had carts. Their movers canceled the job as unable to do it (they couldn't with only 2 movers). The move got rescheduled, which I was charged an extra $10 an hour for due to short notice. On the day of that move, zero movers showed up. For 4 hours Harriet promised me movers would arrive then she said they would have to come the next day. The next day I did receive the movers (although they were all late). Then came the billing. I was billed for the first day when their movers canceled, which is currently being disputed through my credit card and I was billed the extra $10 per hour per mover despite them not actually supplying them on the day the extra charge applied to. This was an awful experience. Also goes by the name "Caddy Moving."

Unfortunately, I do not blame my overall experience 100% on Caddy Moving or their owner. I read some positive reviews which sold me, but unfortunately I did not read the fine print. Labor on demand is not an easy business to manage. Regardless, I thought I would at least receive moving help that had some minimal training and were not all about "the tip" at the end.
Not to be super critical, or too lengthy in my review........If you need anything more than hired help to move packed, light weight boxes from point A to point B, then this is your solution.
If you need anything more than that, I would never hire them. As an example, should you want a desk moved from the second floor to the first, and then to the moving van, this solution is not a good fit. I ended up having them put everything into my garage at my new place. They damaged walls at the old move out location. I ended up throwing my bedroom headboard away, had to sell a big TV stand because they would not move it, too heavy.
Again, need a few boxes with feather pillows moved because grandma can't climb stairs, great company. If not, you will end up spending 3x what it cost you just to fix the damages and replace what they damaged.

THESE GUYS ARE TERRIBLE!!!
My TV was damaged, I started a claim 2 weeks ago and I haven't heard anything!! Some guy name Chris will not answer his phone. I am so frustrated!! Then I look on here and see that he doesn't pay his employees...Never use these guys please people!!

I've worked with moving companies before..these people are the worst. Very Unprofessional, very bad people skills, horrible communication with clients and employees. They don't pay their employees after a hard day of work in the heat. Some companies just doesn't need to be in business. Please people find another moving company. Chris is a joke. I will never use these guys or recommend them.
