My husband has an addiction to home projects. He had Cactus Valley Plumbing come out to rearrange the bathroom and they did an outstanding job. They were prompt and Robert not only got the job done, but cleaned up after the tile crew. I'm sure my husband will send them over to fix something he messes up soon. 10/10 would recommend.

Somone should have a manager call me today! I am not a happy customer and have waiting for 12 days for hot water and you big time dropped the ball. It took me calling you 3 times to get a straight answer and then all of a sudden ""I guess we dropped the ball"" And I still can't get anyone here to do repairs until Wed 12/1! [email protected]

Ok, I was contacted within 15 minutes by Chad. I gave him all the information I was given and he apologized and said he is the information you weren't given. This is a lengthy process because of going through a Home Warranty Company. Chad gave me all the information I needed and looks like we are getting close to completing the project. Thank You Chad for helping me! Customer service at its finest at Cactus Valley Plumbing. Rachael sorry for being Grumpy! Getting stinky over here, LOL1

We had a stoppage on a Saturday night, I called Cactus Valley Plumbing on Sunday Morning at 9 and they had a plumber out by 1030. Chris the technician was very thorough and polite, down to wiping down his shoes and the wheels of the rooter before coming into the house. Answered a bunch of questions and gave us a bunch of tips so we didn't have this happen again. Chris is the man and I would definitely recommend CVP to anyone.

We had a leak this weekend and I called CVP. They sent out Robert who was a heck of a nice guy. He climbed under the house, checked everything out and then ran to Home Depot to get a replacement hose. He was extremely professional and an all around nice guy. The issue persisted the next day and I wouldn't blame Robert for it...it was a tough one and I led him in the wrong direction. So, they sent out Chris who replaced the faucet. He was good too.

We are in the middle of remodeling my master bathroom and the shower head stuff was a mess to install. Copper pipes would not solder, frustration set in so we finally called Cactus Valley. Who knew they were so close to home and came out the very next day. Chris had everything ""fixed"" and tested in no time, he also gave us pointers on the shower parts were were going to install ourselves. What a great guy to have on your list of honest reliable plumbers! If you want someone to trust call Cactus Valley they are now part of our families book of best folk to have work on you home!

My boyfriend and I needed a pipe replaced ASAP. We all know having water turned off during the summers in AZ, even for 10mins is a nightmare. We were at the 5 hour mark, trying to fix the issue ourselves.

After a valiant effort from my boyfriend and his bad back, we decided to throw in the towel and get professional help.

When we called we were told Chris was out on another service call but would be at our house in a few hours. CVP was the only company that could get out same day, even when we said it was an emergency.

Long story short, Chris called, arrived and got the work done in just about an hour. My boyfriend enjoyed talking with him and exchanging ideas. Chris got the right parts and made sure we wouldn't have this problem again for 5-10 years at least. He even filled the hole we had dug, back up. Afterwards, he explained the pricing and statement we would get in our email. Overall a great experience from front to back! The quick response, thorough work and customer service even when covered in dirt and sweat, is what made the whole annoying ordeal better! Chris is outstanding and we truly appreciate him coming out so fast and doing a great job!

Had a pipe leak in our eating area and they came out right away, the plumber was very informative, friendly and professional. We also had another plumber from their company come out to do the plumbing for our bathroom remodel. Once again very friendly, professional and great work. Will use them for future plumbing needs.
