One day, out of nowhere, I suddenly had a number of plumbing problems that needed attention. Because of COVID, my home warranty told us to contact a licensed plumber directly. Of all the plumbing companies with 4-5 star rating on Google and Yelp in the SSF/peninsula area, I picked Caccia Plumbing and took a chance. From the beginning interaction with Cristina on the phone, I already experienced excellent customer service. She set up a schedule for someone to come to the house and check on my plumbing problems. Kameron Tanouye arrived at my house. He was very courteous, friendly, straightforward and honest. I showed him the issues I had and he carefully analyzed each problem, gave a fair and honest assessment and laid out a plan of action. In short, I agreed to accept their service. Kameron took care of everything. He is the epitome of efficiency, professionalism, respect and first-class service. He took care of all the issues in a timely and methodical manner. He came in with a plan, told me what he was going to do and I let him take care of the rest. The shower fixture, the sink, the toilet bowl, the faucet were all done excellently in record time. I would recommend Kameron Tanouye and Caccia Plumbing to anyone who is here right now on Yelp looking for just great, friendly and efficient plumbing service!

We had leaking faucets in the bath and shower and had had quotes from a couple of plumbers who then didn't reply when I asked them to do the job. Abnan from Caccia Plumbing was very professional and reliable. He looked at the problem, sourced the parts (we wanted faucets to match the retro ones in our bath tub) and then installed them as soon as they arrived. The work was completed to a high standard and he cleaned up after the job. You pay a bit more for Caccia plumbing but it's worth it for the reliability of their service and they give you a fixed price so you can't be stung of the job goes over.

From the start up a professional company. Called up to have a water heater issue. Made an appointment and they showed up and fixed the issue. And gave me choices on what to happen next, either I could just repair the problem and have the water heater fail in a couple of years because my water heater is almost 10 years old. Or I can spend some more money, and have the whole thing replaced, I opted for the latter.

Workmanship quality is second to none, no shortcuts. Modern plumbing. They set up all the tools needed and removed the old heater, while removing the heater the replacement was being delivered to the house. Once they arrived they switched out the old for new. The install was flawless. And they even cleaned up afterwards!!!

Caccia has basically redone everything on this old house of mine. Every single interaction has been fantastic, and they are diligent about scheduling and communication. I'm writing a bunch of reviews tonight because these companies really deserve great reviews and it's time I acknowledged that. Plumbing is wicked expensive, no matter who you hire, but I always feel like the job has been done well and that they truly care about getting it right the first time.

Our technician (Nate) was knowledgeable, courteous, professional and friendly. He reviewed the work we wanted to perform and recommended a course of action. Components were upgrade based on his analysis. Everything was done on an iPad and in writing.

We ended up only doing half of what we wanted because of his thorough analysis. I truly appreciated his advise.

Advise: be open to options because ""what you think"" may not be the best course of action. Caccia pricing is on the high side but worth the expertise.
