Joe Sullivan from Caccia was great. We got a text with his photo when he was on his way. Appreciated the security step.

Joe got right to work and clearly explained the issue. With detailed photos.
He gave us an estimate for the job and then proceeded to do the work. He gave an accurate timeframe for shutting off the water and the job. The work was well done and the area left clean.

Caccia has repeatedly been excellent whenever we have needed work.

Contacted them for a job and they required sending someone to give a quote because they don't do them over the phone. I wasn't opposed to that and met with the representative who was very cordial and professional. I explained there were certain requirements that they would need to fulfill for our Condo Association before being scheduled for the job. The estimate was a bit high (I agree with another review that their rates are too high), which I was going to accept but I was called later by the rep to advise me that his supervisor said to decline the job because they didn't want to deal with my Condo Association. Next day I got a text that they would accept the job but when I asked what changed I didn't receive a response. Very poor customer service.

Very good experience with Caccia Plumbing. We replaced our almost 15 years old water heater with a new heat pump water heater. The price is not the cheapest (and could be the most expensive), but you got what you pay for- good quality of work.

Very efficient. Answered phone. Made date. Kept in touch to confirm appointment. Nate arrived on time, professional and completed work on time. Job was completed to satisfaction. BUT $600 to replace a kitchen faucet without complications that took 1 hour was pretty steep. The HUGE cost for a relatively simple job (for a professional plumber) was unexpected and is the reason for a 4 star review, rather than 5. We naively were expecting a bill closer to the $200 range.

Polite and professional is how I describe this reliable plumbing company. They are polite in all dealings explain the options and show up on time. They may be more expensive than some others but worth it in the reduction in stress. They have been to our rental condo twice this year and neither the occupants or I can say one negative thing.

Nate came out and installed a water heater for me. First he spent a lot of time explaining the options that I had with my home. The next available time he made the installation in a very professional way and not taking any short cuts. I learned a lot about water heaters from Nate. He explained every step of the installation process. He even had someone move an electrical outlet that was in the way. Caccia Plumbing is a very reputable company and Nate is just fantastic. I will call them again for future projects.
