I had 3 plumbing issues and Caccia Plumbing did a great job. two of these issues were resolved on the first visit and the third issue needed to have a toilet ordered. Within three days it was installed. Shoutout to Joal for job well done. He was quick and courteous.

After a year of construction in our house which included extensive hardscaping and landscaping, our sump pump was broken and we didn't figure it out until the season's first torrential rain. Caccia came out and diagnosed the problem - faulty initial install of previous pump. We were missing a proper conduit through the concrete to the pump basin. Caccia came out and did the job without disturbing any of the newly done work, which was really reassuring. Had a few hiccups along the way which they were prompt to stay on top of and saw the job to completion without extra charges. The job was not cheap, but I do think you get what you pay for.
Each one of the Caccia plumbers involved (5 total - Ofa is a rockstar) were super professional, friendly, and willing to show and explain what was at hand. Will definitely call them with any future plumbing needs.

I can't begin to express how impressed and pleased I am with the level of care and service this company provides. They are not only extremely skilled at their profession, but their level of customer service is second to none. We have worked with these individuals on 2 separate occasions within the past year and would highly recommend them without hesitation. The professionalism begins with the individual who answers the phone up through the owner himself. I find it rare in this environment to find a company that not only excels at their workmanship, their level of expertise and the commitment to serving the customer. They are unparalleled and I would not look any further for any plumbing project. They are simply the best. I am so glad that I chose them.

I'm disappointed because the yelp reviews had good ratings, they have previously worked on the house I'm staying in and positive ratings, we had a leak from the tub so we booked online on MLK day, we called them just to get a estimate on what time the plumber could make it, within 10 mins i got a call and they told me he was booked up and unavailable, ok i understood the rains and holiday so they asked if i would like to reschedule i got back the next day because i needed to work with my work schedule. I booked that Friday 1/20/23 for a 8-10 appointment, i rushed taking my kid to school, got a call at 8:15 that the plumber was not available today and very chilled about this.. it upsetted me since we had this same problem Monday, she offered to have him come back but no time frame when i couldnt wait all day with no estimate idea i cancelled and moved on with another plumber company. I'm sorry to have to write a review but wasnt really worth my time after all that.

Dino from Caccia was here yesterday to deal with an overflowing sewage ejector pump. He fixed some sloppy work that was done by a different plumber last year, answered all of my questions, gave me suggestions about how to prevent this from happening again, and cleaned up the space as best he could once he was done. Highly recommended!

We are very familiar with the name of the company since we live in Burlingame and walk by the owner's house all the time on our walks. We also see their ads on the Safeway carts every time we shop.
However, this is the first time we have had to use their services and I couldn't be more impressed.
We had water leakage in our downstairs due to a broken sump pump, but since so many people needed a plumber after these huge storms, we unfortunately could not get them to come out until 5 days after we called.
However, once the day arrived for them to come, they came as scheduled and even texted us a picture of our technician so we would know who to expect.
Joe was extremely polite and professional and super careful about putting on his shoe covers (it was raining- again). He looked at the problem and was able to come back out later the same afternoon to install our sump pump which is now working beautifully.
I was most impressed by the fact that I had to move 2 litter boxes to give him access to the pump, and when I went back down he had moved the boxes back to their original spots!! Who does that?!?
We have used another well-know company in the area before (not a good experience) so I am super happy with this experience.
As for pricing, no plumber is cheap, but I'm happy that Caccia is reliable and gets the job done!
Now if only our mitigation and restoration companies were half as good...

Caccia plumbing is incredible! They are professional, timely, friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced. Joseph, the manager, was very helpful with advising and recommending Joe to come out and look at my back up Sump pump situation that is a specialty. I contacted various plumbers prior but they were not experienced in that area. Joe explained, and gave several estimates including-adding a new back up sump pump with battery and alarm; water heater; and snaking drains. Joe's estimates were detailed. I highly recommend Joe and Caccia plumbing.

Kevin came to put the correct cover on the bath faucets. He came, quickly did the job, and left.

After my sump pump failed during the NYE storm, we needed immediate help to prevent flooding. Caccia Plumbing came to the rescue! The very next morning Christian and Ramon installed a new pump. It's been working beautifully! They even helped us navigate how to prepare a report to give to our insurance company. Caccia had installed a new sewer lateral for us this summer. My favorite plumbers serving the Peninsula for sure!!

Kevin Lobo was fabulous! He was professional, thorough, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process of trouble shooting issues with our kitchen faucet. He methodically updated me on what he found and solutions to our issues. He remained patient and clearly made sure all issues were resolved! Caccia plumbing has a gem in Kevin Lobo!
We've been through a couple plumbers, but only Kevin was able to get to the root of the problem and see to its resolution.
Indeed, Caccia plumbing and Kevin Lobo put a smile on my face!
Thank you.
